The apartment is spotlessly clean and equipped with everything you may need throughout your stay in Milan. It is easily accessible to the centre and surrounds by the tram and metro nearby. The building is very secure and it is very well maintained. The spa area is a real treat, you access via key fob. It was quiet and relaxing during our stay. We really enjoyed it and it definitely adds to the experience as after a long day of walking around in the heat and seeing the sites of Milan it is great to be able to relax in the sauna or pool. Would recommend this place to anyone thinking of coming to Milan, thank you for a great stay!

We stayed for two days and found the apartment well appointed, and the pool and spa facilities are terrific. Access to public transport is also good. However if you arrive on a weekend there are no reception staff. We found both electronic keys provided were unreliable and it often took many, many attempts to lock and unlock the apartment every time we went out. There were no instructions about the keys ( which was a physical key to put in the lock that also had an electronic mechanism). We let reception staff know on Monday when we left, and likely it was a battery problem.

We stayed for 5 nights over Christmas so everywhere was relatively quiet. The apartment is very clean and well equipped with everything you could need for your stay. The Health Suite was a very welcome addition and we made full use of the facilities. The location of the apartment was excellent - next to Chinatown and its restaurants, a Carrefour supermarket 2 minute walk away (and it was open on Christmas Day), 25 minute walk to the Duomo, 2 minute walk to nearest Metro station (Monument). Would definitely stay here again.

Perhaps more clarification about the recycling bins as it was unclear as to what each bin was for.

Great stay, felt safe and secure and the apartment was spotlessly clean. Great location, just a few minutes walk from the train station, nice bars and restaurants on the doorstep as well as the incredible Porta Volta. But the highlight for us was the pool and spa area in the basement, what a treat! We used it every evening we were there. We would definitely stay here again if coming back to beautiful Milano 😍

Only one very minor comment that it would have been nice to be able to control the air conditioning manually in the room. There was a link that you were meant to go on to to adjust the air conditioning and room temperature online but it never worked for us and sometimes we found the apartment a little stuffy but it wasn't a big issue.

There were no nets against mosquitoes at the windows so we couldn’t open it. There was a smell in the apartment that entered in all our clothes. There was no air conditioning in the bedroom. There was only in the salon and could have been set minimum at 22 C, which was not enough. Despite the fact that we didn’t open the windows there were a lot of mosquitoes entering probably by the ventilation system.there was no dryer machine for the laundry also

Communication from the start was very good, responsive and they spoke my language. It was easy to find and check in was very easy. The apartment had absolutely everything we needed, and everything was thought of to make our stay as comfortable as possible from dishwasher tablets to perfumed water in the iron! It was spotlessly clean in the apartment, common areas, gym and spa. It was quiet and peaceful at nighttime and the beds were comfortable too. The gym and spa especially we're a real treat, our only regret is that we didn't use these more during our stay.

It's a little out of the centre of town, about a 35min walk. However, once we worked out there are bike hire hubs nearby this is absolutely no problem and even fun to bike around the city

The apartment is spotless with a spacious and functional layout. The amenities are more than what a typical traveler would need for 3-4 nights, such as an in-the-unit washing machine and a fully equipped full-size kitchen. I did not go to the spa/pool area, so no comment on that. Everyone working at this location was professional and courteous, particularly Giorgio. He truly went above and beyond to answer my questions and helped with taxi reservation, even during his off hours. He also recommended local restaurants to try the Milan-originated risotto dishes, as well as a museum inside the opera house.

Nothing to change in my opinion.

Spa facilities in the basement were excellent. We visited often and we were frequently the only couple there. Nice pool. I could do plenty of laps due to having it to myself. The relaxation room was nice, although the water for the herbal teas was not hot or replenished. The bio sauna was great. Spacious apartment. Smart TV. Good WiFi.

I'm being picky but there weren't many available plugs in the apartment. The jacuzzi was a little on the cool side but good for dipping feet into.The normal sauna was out of action. The apartment needs a proper blind or curtains. Not a problem in November but would be in summer. It was also very hot. We didn't use the air con however as it was complicated to adjust (you need to download an app).

Very clean and comfortable apartment near to Porta Garibaldi station. 25 min walk to Duomo and near to a metro station to get to Navagli Comfortable beds and good kitchen facilities. Excellent communication with hosts.

The apartment could have benefitted from having a sofa rather than just a table and chairs . It is on a direct tram route so of you are a light sleeper you hear the trams all the time !

Loved the wellness area. Towels provided and was very clean. Jacuzzi was a bit too cool. Sauna was out of order, but the Bio Sauna was working fine. Apartment was perfect with good facilities and was very clean. Toilet rolls, laundry detergent and washing up liquid provided. Very comfortable! Very secure and quiet.

Mattresses were ok, but are starting to feel worn. Personally I find that aging memory foam mattresses tend to make my back bad. So if these were changed this would be an excellent apartment.
