Top floor was nice and quiet and felt safe as balcony had no lock that I was aware of. Nice to have a fridge and small kitchen. Beds were fine Room looks like the advertised photos and it’s in walking distance to main attractions if you like to walk a lot like we do.

Wish there were screens on the windows as mosquitos were biting as we slept, and there was a smell like baby powder in the air so wanted to keep windows open. Place was farther from the train station than I expected (in China town) Didn’t understand from the advertisement that this was a university-dorm-like like residence. Had I known I would have been fine with it, it just took me by surprise.

Very clean, convenient, spacious, and comfortable room . The ac was fantastic . The bed was very comfy and there are all the basic features needed. Probably great for longer stay

The kitchen space was well equipped but for a short stay was not very useful - no salt, oil or even kitchen detergent so I was not able to use without getting all these for 5 days' stay. Reception and housekeeping is not available on the weekend. The ac ventilation is on the balcony and hot air coming out makes it not possible to stay outside even if ac is off

Security- Felt very safe. It’s tucked in off street so very quiet. Location - just around the corner from Chinatown, with great night atmosphere, bars and restaurants. Within walking distance to Stazione (30 mins) and 25 mins to Duomo. €10 cab fare only from stazione. Tram is around corner. Bounce luggage storage is only 300m away. Staff- extra helpful upon checkin.

Office not manned over weekend but there is a facility supervisor who you can contact for a small fee. This didn’t affect us though. Laundry not available at night time. No aircon remote but just turned on at unit

The location is quite good, it is close to the tram and several options for public transportation. The room was quite big and the staff was friendly and kind. I think it's a good value. The price is ok, and you get a good room with decent accommodations for it.

It was a bit hard to find the entrance since it's inside the block and you have to enter from a parking place gate. A small detail that was a bit annoying was the elevator, a minor thing, but you have to take it 1 at a time.

Residence is safe. It is located in China town with a variety of chip and testy street food.

Residence is overpriced. Meyro is quite far, as well as tram. Reception doesn't work properly. The room wasn't cleaned well. The security deposit of EUR 50 has been taken and returned upon arrival. But nobody checked if everything was OK at the end. The kitchen sponge was used. No dish washing liquid provided.

The apartment is small but comfortable, clean and we had everything we needed. It's a bright, sunny place, shops and bars, restaurants, all very close in walking distance. We also walked to nearby parks, the castello and Duomo. The reception is friendly and someone is always there. We would stay here again.

We had booked 3 different rooms/ apartments. They were simply furnished and clean. Beds in the large apartment were very hard but all the other ones were good. Property has 2 lifts, doorman until late, very friendly staff. Just few minutes from supermarket, tram stop, cafes and metro

A large room apartment complete with everything. Moreover a complete kitchen set-up, hence very convenient for us to cook, and enjoy our menus.

A bit far from the city centre. However we could easily use the trams and subway.

Excellent location! Very close to Chinatown and a tram stop. Both the Cimitero Monumentale and Sempione Park are within walking distance. The apartment was small but cozy, and also had a small balcony as well as AC (although it was a bit high and there was no remote), which was much appreciated with the hot temperatures. The bed was nice, and the small kitchen was well equipped with multiple pots and pans, cutlery, and more. Check-in was easy and quick, and the person behind the desk was very kind. We had to pay the tourist tax in cash, but it was no problem to pay it later.

There was no furniture on the balcony, so eating outside was a challenge. Some convenience items were missing, like dish soap, spices (like salt/pepper), and some baking oil/butter.

Everything. Cute little apartment near Chinatown. Foods great location is perfect. 🤌🏼

Would love a hair dryer in the room the next time. Feels like a must in winter in Milan 😁
