The location is fantastic! This is really the best point of the apartment! We just wanted a place to sleep as we planned to be out and enjoying the city! The location was fantastic for this as the area has lots of restaurants to explore A great surprise that I wasn't expecting was the water pressure and heat of the shower! I sometimes find that places I've stayed have cold or low pressure showers but it was really nice in the apartment

The fact that some furniture were not new (broken armchair in the corner) and that the apartment was small was not any issue for me personally. It was meant to be a place to sleep between going out in the city and for this purpose it did it's job, but this depends on your priorities. It was a little hard to find the location for the key pick up but that's because of the Central station itself having a confusing layout not the accommodations fault.

The location of this place was exceptional, close to restaurants and seem to be safe neighborhood. Staff response time was excellent. Check in and out easy. Size of flat is perfect for 2 people.

It would have been good if they provided liquid soap for washing dishes. We didn't cook at all but really just used the cups for coffee and drinks, but having dish soap and some paper towel would have been convenient but not such a big deal. Also instructions for washing machine would have been helpful.

Couch and cushions not clean, not enough glasses for 3 people, bedroom rather shabby, tiny area for sofa bed- had to move furniture.

Stuff are rude I called before my travel and requested for early check in they accepted and send me an email about it. Since I have an infant with me. Once i arrived in there office they said 3 pm I have to collect the keys and check in or you can go now and put your stuff in and leave. I said I can’t go all the way there and I can’t stay I have explained and called that I have a baby with me I can’t keep him all morning out side on the heat. Once we arrive at 3 pm in the apartment the air conditioner is not working. A stuff came and I told him about it he said it we’ll take a while and the A,C we’ll be fine. For the whole night we stayed with the heat. Second day I made a complaint about it early morning they told me a stuff we’ll arrive to check at 4:30 pm. I went back there from 4:30 until 5 pm I called at 5 pm I asked about the stuff and said you guys told me and I got an email that your stuff we’ll be here at 4:30. 4:30 it means 4:30 I’m a guy with timing they guy that pick up he said it’s approximately 4:30 if you have anything just do a complain and good buy he shut the phone in my face while I’m talking. Then they said we’ll change the apartment for you. They put me in the worse neighborhood in Milan. In China town what should I do in China town. I’m interested in the Dummo and it should be an easy walking for me with a baby not in China town. Instead of walking ten minutes I have to walk for 37 minutes.

the apartment was extremely cold. we called the property and they said that if the thermostat said 19 degrees they could not help. they refused to even give us some blankets.
