Location is great, could not be better.

There was some noise from the tramway in the street. What was missing was a pricelist of the minibar. There was a QR code you could scan but this was only for roomservice. So I decided to get my beverages from the nearbij supermarket as I had no idea what the prices of the refreshments from the minibar where. Missed opportunity of the hotel..

Location.10 minutes walk from station ( with train link straight to Milan airport) and 10 mins to the Duomo. The staff- helpful and friendly. The room- comfortable bed and quiet. The meal we had in the restaurant was very enjoyable and loads of choice at breakfast

Would have preferred a room with an independent shower( will ask for that if we go again)

A spotlessly clean hotel in a perfect location. The staff are well-trained and very polite. It’s close to everything and located in a safe area. A hotel suitable for staying with family.

I believe there is something Booking.com customers should be aware of: Initially, they assigned us an attic room. When we requested a change, they moved us to mid-floor, more spacious rooms. When we asked why they had initially given us such a poor room, they explained that it was because we had booked two rooms and requested them to be adjacent. However, after reading the reviews, I realized that they selectively assign attic rooms — with small half-windows and slanted ceilings — specifically to Booking.com customers. Upon our request, they promptly approved a change to better rooms.

Very nice place to stay. Excellent location in the center, very convenient if you have only a few days to visit the most incredible places. Breakfast was amazing. Our room was very quiet, with windows on the internal yard. Also, we tried Millanian food experience at hotel's restaurant. It was the best collection of dishes we tried in Millan (but it's huge, you should be very hungry to eat this). We had cosmetics and everything that could be needed in room. Unforgettable time.

Free water in the room could be nice.

: For an advanced booking for extended stay (8 nights), the assigned room for the first night was below par in comfort for the price/night; when exchanged for another room next day, the room was a bit noisy too due to street traffic and also the bathroom shower needed repair; but overall the stay was great due to excellent location and attentive staff. : Restaurant Menu could use more varieties

The hotel's location was fantastic, central to everything I needed to do and close to some main elements of the city. The view from my room was amazing, the overall aesthetic of the room, design, and comfortability. It had great sunlight and large windows, plenty of space for luggage with very large closets. For a European room it was really amazing to have a large room. The hotel was very hospitable for any request and the front desk team was very amazing. The hotel is very organized and met every request above and beyond. I was very impressed and well taken care of. The hotel is very safe as well, with security and front desk staff 24/7.

It’s our second stay in the hotel. We liked it a couple of years ago and decided to stay again. The staff, the breakfast and dinner, the housekeeping are as high as have been before and even better. There was a welcoming greeting with sweets in the room when we arrived. It was touching. All is done with the attention to details and we felt very welcomed. Would definitely stay here again. It’s just a desire: would be good to have iron and ironing desk in the room as well as cups and plates for tea.

The property was excellent, located perfectly and 10 mins from Berera, Duomo, Cardena Station which had excellent links to Malpensa Milan Airport and Lake Como. The staff were amazing and so so helpful, nothing was too much for them. The property was clean. We were celebrating our anniversary and got upgraded to a Junior Suite too. Absoloutely loved our stay and will definitely stay here again. Book this hotel you won’t be disappointed. The location was perfect and very accessible roads for anyone in a wheelchair.

The only negative I would say is the lifts are very very small, my husband has a wheelchair and he could just about squeeze in which left room for no one else. Even for him and his chair it was a very tight squeeze. Also we asked for an accessible room, although our suite was amazing the bathroom was an issue, getting in and out of the bath tub was difficult there is no shower tray or stand alone shower. It’s in the bath tub which was not accessible.

Location, walkable access to Via Dante restaurants and shops,, castle and duomo area. Nice size room upgraded to junior suite which was much appreciated. Very good breakfast included. Good bar with snacks and restaurant for dinner. Spacious bathroom. Lots of closet space. Fitness room was adequate. Staff was very pleasant and helpful.

Trams were noisy and could be heard in the room all night. Not terrible but a minor annoyance.

The staff at reception were lovely and helpful. The breakfast was amazing, loved the Prosecco. Cusani's Milano's location was excellent for our one night stay, I wished I could have stayed longer. Very close to Cadorna for the Malpensa airport. Not cheap for us Australians, but can't go past the location.

Trams and Metro were close, as we were a lower floor there was some some occasional rumbling, but no different than being in NY City!
