Very modern apartment, with all the essential amenities in kitchen. Great location, city center with lots of restaurants and shops in the neighbourhood. It’s a 15 min walk to the Duomo. The team was very helpful and made sure our stay was comfortable.

The sofa bed was squeaking and a bit uncomfortable. Hot water in shower wouldn’t last very long.

Place is clean, staff nice friendly helpful and speak English, they answer any questions and gave us a guide for our short stay. WiFi is good and have smart TV with Netflix with their account. Gave us more towels when we requested. Got AC and heater. Bathroom nice with bidet. Water pressure was good. They had shampoo and shower gel. Kitchen with microwave, stove and utensils and a good size fridge. Enough cabinets for storing cloths and other stuff. Bed clean and comfortable. Down in the lobby you can throw trash and recycling stuff. We stayed for 8 days and offer us free cleaning for one day. They also have broom and ironing table Metro station is less than min away by walking and surrounded by good bakeries and restaurants by a walking distance.

For the kitchen no soap or spice essentials. I didn’t use the coffee machine though I really wanted but it needs cleaning from inside. Weekend you can hear downstairs restaurant music very loud till midnight

the location was in the middle of the centre in a super nice and friendly neighborhood where everything was walking distance. the staff was extremely friendly and always helped out whenever needed. we upgraded to a Deluxe Superior apartment at arrival and it was so much more beautiful and bigger than expected. the tv was a very nice addition and had Netflix already installed and logged in, which was very convenient. the apartment had a very big terrace. the beds were super comfortable and it was nice to be able to easily adjust the temperature in the apartment.

we were staying with 2 people in an apartment suited for 4 people. the only thing that bothered us was the lack of warm water. after 15 minutes of showering it would be cold for at least 2 hours.

Absolutely amazing experience. Room was immaculately clean. Rooms were on the larger, more comfortable side. The reception was open between 10 AM and 6 PM but no worries either way if you check in later or if you go out, they give you everything to enter at your pace with a PIN code for the front door. Reception was SUPER friendly and helpful, really enjoyed our conversations with Eva and Happy. They went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and gave us good advice for Milan and particularly Brera the area we were in, and made the visit go from good to great. Great location, right at the foot of Brera which is one of my favorite neighborhoods. Would definitely come back here without hesitation.

Newly furnished apartment with modern decoration. Safe location with lots of cafes around and a 15 minute walk to Duomo. I prefer this location over the Duomo area because it feels more local and less busy and touristy. Had a small issue with the key but the staff handled everything swiftly. Would recommend and go again next time.

The following policy by the company can be reconsidered: “Early check-in fee” was offered to us kindly by the team in case we wanted to check-in earlier than 15.00. (We were there around 11) I think it’s more common practice / nicer to offer the apartment IF it’s ready for the guest experience. However, the staff was always very nice and helpful. This is just a note for the company.

I always come back to Be Mate Tivoli for their great location, prices and one bed apartment. It’s convenient, close to everything and great value for money.

There was a storm the night I stayed and the echo in the courtyard made it impossible to sleep. The insulation is pretty bad in the studio and loud voices can be heard easily. Of course weather isn’t a property’s problem but maybe keep in mind to have some earplugs with you. Other than that I’ll pick be mate Tivoli again for sure

The location could not be better, right at the heart of Brera, 15 minute walk from Porta Garibaldi station and to the Duomo. The cobbled steets across from the hotel are charming with many restaurants and shops. It's also close to public transport (M line "Lanza" is a 2 minute walk, we also took the tram). The room is spacious and well equipped: huge closet, big bathroom with everything we needed. The design was cool! The team was a-m-a-z-i-n-g, very welcoming and helpful .Nicoleta sent us recommendations via WhatsApp and everything was on point. Eva was so sweet and helpful as well. We were really sad to leave.

Everything was really perfect! Tiny suggestion: add some lights in the kitchen area so that my boyfriend can see the dishes he's washing...

location is close to many services. just 12 walking destance to duomo milan and 10 min driving to train station. The room is large enough, clean and equipped with everything we need. The AC is working perfectly. The staff are friendly and helpful big thank to them.

Welcoming staff and the apartment was great. Top location, within walking distance of all the main attraction of Milan. Stylish apartment, with all the necessary equipment and facilities.

Poor sound isolation. We stayed for a single night, longer would cause sleepless nights, as we could here everything that's happening in the hallway - people coming in and out, suitcases rolling across the floor, even entrance door opening and closing (on the same floor that is).

The location is about 10 minutes away from the main attractions and there are many restaurants and cafes just around the corner. Taxi stand and a few grocery stores are right opposite the apartment, and so are many small stores. Cardona station is 5 minutes away by taxi. Very convenient. The bedding was so comfortable and clean. Air conditioning functions well, and the device is uncomplicated to operate. The place was extremely clean. The best were the satff - extremely welcoming (NIcoletta, and I can not recall the other girl's name) proactive and helpful.. I will definitely choose the same place in our next visit to Milan
