Wonderful location in the heart of Monza, very close to the train to go to Milano. Super friendly staff and nice breakfast buffet which was sadly not included, but worth to pay for. They have a bar to have a drink during the evening and the room we had was quiet and clean and the bathroom was roomy. Mind you, that we stayed in the back part of the hotel - the rooms towards the main street are noisy. Therefore, we asked ti change the room they had first given us. We got a bigger room towards the back yard which worked great for us. We had 3 very quiet nights and enjoyed our stay. We will be back. Parking for the car was provided for Euro 10 a night which was worth it as there is no parking around.

We had a generally positive experience. The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. One standout feature was that they allowed us to leave our car parked even after we checked out, which was very convenient. The bathroom was nice and clean, which added to our comfort. The location was perfect, with everything I needed within walking distance.

The air conditioning unit was quite old and loud, which made it difficult to sleep at times. Despite that, the overall experience was good, and I would consider staying here again.

The location was perfect for walking into the centre of Monza, shopping and restaurants. It was also perfect for travelling into Milan and Como. There was a shuttle bus from Malpensa to Monza that dropped off over the road from the hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was delicious.

The room was quite hot at night and the kettle needed descaling. But that was all!

The hotel is a 2-3 minute walk from the train station, from where you can quickly, in 10-15 minutes, reach Milan, as well as Como and other places. It takes about 5 minutes to walk from the hotel to the city center. The hotel has an underground garage for 10 euros per night. The hotel room is spacious with air conditioning and a spacious bathroom. Everything you need is in the room. The staff is very attentive and friendly. Upon check-in, we received a small gift - a jar of sweets with a personal message, which was very unexpected and pleasant. The room was cleaned every day. Very good breakfasts, which include, in addition to the standard set of dishes, a large selection of fruits, berries and nuts. I would like to mention the restaurant staff, especially Cristiane and Marco, who worked very quickly, greeted guests with a sincere smile and created a wonderful atmosphere with their positive attitude. Thank you for the delicious breakfasts and great coffee. We would like to go back there again

We got a room double room with view to the front street. The windows were thick enough to keep the room quite despite being in a transited street. - The size of the room and bathroom was good, but the shower too small for large persons (tall and not fat). The amenities were fine. Air conditioning fine. The train station at two blocks (2 blocks). The shops and restaurants also like two blocks away. The personnel is very helpful and friendly, specially Francesca (I think that was her name). - Breakfast was very good.

Elevator outdated & small & Uncomfortable. Information about surrounding restuarants, shopping malls, and especially public transport will be beneficial. Also list of attractions & "things to do' could help. Such lists does not have to be comprehensive, but internet links and some reviews could be helpful. As foreigner I struggled to find most suitable apps for local transport and good recommendations would be helpful. A local train and bus schedule would have been extremely helpful. It would have been a good idea to know price of bar fridge items as I would then be more comfortable to make use of the service.

room location just one thing that can be better is try and fix the AC noise too noisy while on fan 2 or 3 Otherwise all was great Thank you

Great location, good breakfast, absolutely reasonable price for the stay and the hotel has a great staff.

I believe the hotel facilities require a little improvement. But I had a good stay overall, considering the pros (value, location, breakfast, good staff).

A very nice hotel. In particular, we liked the very spacious room with an equally large bathroom and shelves for taking a leisurely bath and makeup. Room and bathroom well equipped, including a mini-bar, air conditioning, hairdryer and even slippers. Delicious breakfast, especially the warm croissants. The location also deserves praise. Right in the center of Monza, and close to the train station, from where you can easily go sightseeing in Milan without worrying about where to park your car. The hotel also has its own parking lot, which was a great help for us. Very nice and friendly service.

Wonderful staff, going above and beyond to make the stay pleasant. Everyone we had a pleasure to interact were so kind and helpful. We were offered to take an umbrella and it literally saved us from getting soaking wet. Breakfast was one of the best we had in a while, all very fresh and delicious, great choice - scrambled eggs, yummy pancakes, fruit and variety of croissants

The interior in the rooms is a bit dated, the chairs in dining area have obvious wear and tear marks, but that's minor and hospitality of the hotel staff compensates the lacking esthetics of the interior
