Very friendly and helpful staff. Very welcoming. Clean and comfortable modern rooms. Nice bathrooms with good shower. Good breakfast. Easy to get a taxi or Uber into Milan (Uber or a metered taxi is cheaper than prebooked but the hotel staff will book one for you if needed). Would definitely stay again.

Although gluten free biscuits and cakes were provided, there was no bread for toast. One room was near the breakfast area and kitchen and so was noisy from 5am when breakfast was being prepared. Other rooms were lovely and quiet.

Cleanliness and quality. The room is tidy and the bathroom is beautiful and has everything you could need. Toothbrush included, you don't get a soap bad instead there is a soap dispenser. You could say that it treats you with luxury and not cheap. Breakfast is great and parking available, spacious and free. I still cant believe it is only 3 stars.

Very friendly (English-speaking) and welcoming staff - especially the barista at breakfast! Large room with plenty of storage space. Close to the railway station. Excellent breakfast from 7am with a good restaurant just around the corner in the evening. Extremely good value! We'll be back.

A bit further away from the Autodromo than we expected, our fault for not checking better :-(.

The building is very nice and positioned in a quiet area. There is an internal free parking where you can leave your car safely. The staff is ok, the rooms are big and clean. The breakfast is very good. The price is fair. A few metres from the hotel there is a brewery where you can have good meals and beer.

Hotel Ascot was a surprise for us as it was just off one of the main motor ways from Como into Milan and as such we were not expecting much for the very reasonable rate they were charging. However when we arrived we were surprised to find a secret gated hotel motel parking lot that was green with grass and trees, this was a first we experienced from any hotel in the city. The hotel is slightly older, perhaps circa 80s but the build quality of everything inside & throughout including the condition of everything was top-notch especially for the age and especially for the nightly rate such that we were pleasantly surprised all around including the nice breakfast that came with the booking. We would have no problem recommending this hotel to anyone especially if you have a vehicle and are coming back from places outside of Milan as the quality & value that one receives here would be very hard to beat in any city, so well done & my hat off to them.

there was a very slight smell if smoke and ash tray so perhaps they misplaced us into another room, otherwise everything was good.

Clean rooms, modern style bathrooms of a good size for Italy. Secure parking available free of charge. Breakfast was very nice with a good choice. WiFi worked perfectly. The staff are all friendly and helpful.

Nowhere on site to be able to get a drink from other than at breakfast. Not much in the area available but a decent restaurant in walking distance.

The room has good spaces and you have a locker where you can save your clothes .

Room service should not enter the room, I like my privacy and I don't like them to come in.

The hotel was very good. located near the hospital that we had to be every day and the people working at the reception was really helpful. A big thank you. Good cleaning and decent breakfast.

This was a last minute booking, the staff were very helpful during check-in. Advised us on nearby restaurants and attractions to go. Breakfast was really good, kept bringing fresh food out for guests.

There is a nearby bar right behind the hotel, so nights are very loud, not sure if a event was happening during our stay.
