Wonderful location in the heart of Monza, very close to the train to go to Milano. Super friendly staff and nice breakfast buffet which was sadly not included, but worth to pay for. They have a bar to have a drink during the evening and the room we had was quiet and clean and the bathroom was roomy. Mind you, that we stayed in the back part of the hotel - the rooms towards the main street are noisy. Therefore, we asked ti change the room they had first given us. We got a bigger room towards the back yard which worked great for us. We had 3 very quiet nights and enjoyed our stay. We will be back. Parking for the car was provided for Euro 10 a night which was worth it as there is no parking around.

Price, location, comfort, high quality breakfast and good welcome. Also, we needed a room for 4, so that was a great option. That was a great place to stay at a reasonable price. Monza is rather small to visit so the location just outside the ZTL zone was perfect. I thought the proximity with the train station might be a problem, but we hardly heard the trains. Booking the parking in advance could be a must if your car is not too big.

We had a generally positive experience. The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. One standout feature was that they allowed us to leave our car parked even after we checked out, which was very convenient. The bathroom was nice and clean, which added to our comfort. The location was perfect, with everything I needed within walking distance.

The air conditioning unit was quite old and loud, which made it difficult to sleep at times. Despite that, the overall experience was good, and I would consider staying here again.

The location was perfect for walking into the centre of Monza, shopping and restaurants. It was also perfect for travelling into Milan and Como. There was a shuttle bus from Malpensa to Monza that dropped off over the road from the hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was delicious.

The room was quite hot at night and the kettle needed descaling. But that was all!

The hotel is a 2-3 minute walk from the train station, from where you can quickly, in 10-15 minutes, reach Milan, as well as Como and other places. It takes about 5 minutes to walk from the hotel to the city center. The hotel has an underground garage for 10 euros per night. The hotel room is spacious with air conditioning and a spacious bathroom. Everything you need is in the room. The staff is very attentive and friendly. Upon check-in, we received a small gift - a jar of sweets with a personal message, which was very unexpected and pleasant. The room was cleaned every day. Very good breakfasts, which include, in addition to the standard set of dishes, a large selection of fruits, berries and nuts. I would like to mention the restaurant staff, especially Cristiane and Marco, who worked very quickly, greeted guests with a sincere smile and created a wonderful atmosphere with their positive attitude. Thank you for the delicious breakfasts and great coffee. We would like to go back there again

We got a room double room with view to the front street. The windows were thick enough to keep the room quite despite being in a transited street. - The size of the room and bathroom was good, but the shower too small for large persons (tall and not fat). The amenities were fine. Air conditioning fine. The train station at two blocks (2 blocks). The shops and restaurants also like two blocks away. The personnel is very helpful and friendly, specially Francesca (I think that was her name). - Breakfast was very good.

We liked everything from this double room.

The front desk is very helpful and nice. Parking was convenient. The hotel is very well located near a lovely outdoor shopping area with plenty of restaurants. During this major heat wave, the AC worked amazingly which is very important to a comfortable night's sleep.

Staff extremely friendly & helpful.

Elevator outdated & small & Uncomfortable. Information about surrounding restuarants, shopping malls, and especially public transport will be beneficial. Also list of attractions & "things to do' could help. Such lists does not have to be comprehensive, but internet links and some reviews could be helpful. As foreigner I struggled to find most suitable apps for local transport and good recommendations would be helpful. A local train and bus schedule would have been extremely helpful. It would have been a good idea to know price of bar fridge items as I would then be more comfortable to make use of the service.

Great location, ambiance and reasonable amount of "innovation", which means that you don't need to have studied informatics or go through 10 different processes to put the light on and off. Friendly staff. Good breakfast.
