My flight was delayed causing me to miss my connection to Milan. Urban Hive Milano changed the date of arrival with ease. I was beyond stressed and it was the first time something was going right all day/night. Once there the staff was consistently and genuinely kind and relaxed. Very professional, helpful and efficient. The room was perfect. The bed was really comfortable. Breakfast in the morning was fresh and delicious. Good location in Brera neighborhood. 15-20 min walk to Duomo. Perk: the filtered water fountain on my floor. Refilled my water bottle as I waited for the elevator. Thank you Urbam Hive Milano.

Amazing location, super friendly staff. The reception staff were incredible I asked for many things during my stay and they did not hesitate to help immediately from car service to restaurant booking to directions and train timings. I would highly recommend this hotel for location and staff service. Rooms were ok I would say average for Milan and breakfast was also average for Milan.

Although I would come back again I wish these things would change. The breakfast was basic, most of hotels in Milano has poor breakfast options as well. Dry cleaning service take 24 hrs or more to clean the clothes. I wish there were an express service. The house keeping needs training and experience. one day they forget a cleaning product in my room, one day they left a glass uncleaned and one day they left the room door open.

We arrived at 2am and that was no issue for check-in. In-room facilities were excellent, coffee machine, bathroom and slippers are a personal favourite. The toiletries were also of a high quality, there was a fridge which kept drinks super cold and everything was so nicely laid out, we even had a gym mat and weighs in the room! Great location for duomo and castle, plus so many restaurants and places to eat near by, plus a metro stop and main line train station within minutes of the hotel. A brilliant selection for a buffet breakfast, and an extra touch was on our last day in the morning the staff presented me with a birthday pancake with a candle and a song! On check-in the staff obviously noted the date of birth and realised I was there for a birthday trip! they truly made the trip special!

Plan your travel for engineering works on the metro, not a hotel issue but worth thinking about, as this added travel time to the journey.

We have been traveling for a long time in Turkey and other countries,but this is the first time I have been in such a great and friendly environment.I was with my daughter and we had doubts if we could have felt safe at the hotel,but it was a perfect choice.When you step in the hotel the reception welcomes you and when you see Maged you understand that you are in the right place,he is so nice and friendly,he helped us on any topic we needed.Thanks Maged for your friendly support and your jokes.Rosa;she is the best front desk manager you can ever meet.You can see her at any time,smiling and making your day beautiful.She doesn't do it because it is her job,she really feels it and makes you feel comfortable and "happy" during your stay.Thank you Rosa for everything...we will be missing you.Then Anna at the restaurant.Please meet her when you have your gorgeous breakfast.She is the most positive person we have met in Italy.She does her best and starts your day with a big and happy smile on your face.She often comes and asks if you need anything else or if you liked the food or not.We are so happy to meet you Anna and I am sure you are welcoming people not just because this is your job,also you love your job and people.Thank you for every morning we started our day with you.And Riccardo...thanks for your jokes and your delicious coctails.Please talk to Riccardo what kind of tastes you like and let him do your coctail.I have written about the people and also the breakfast was as nearly the same as a five star hotel.They even had glutenfree products,many kinds of breakfast teas and herbal teas which is great for Turkish people.The rooms were as clean as your house so I am sure you will be so satisfied of staying here.As a result thanks for the big big manager that she had such a happy and beautiful staff because of her kind and friendly managing attitude.We met her,too then I understood why you feel you are in such a great environment.See you all next time

Absolutely loved our stay at Urban Hive. We were welcomed with warm smiles and genuinely friendly service — the staff is incredibly helpful and full of positive energy. The breakfast was amazing – fresh, varied, and full of delicious options to start your day right. Plus, there’s a stylish little bar that’s perfect for an aperitivo or a nightcap after exploring the city. The rooms are smartly designed and thoughtfully equipped, striking just the right balance between comfort and functionality. The bathroom was sleek, modern, and spotlessly clean. For the quality, comfort, and location, the value for money is outstanding.

- Reception and breakfast staff were super attentive, they even let us use the gym room to refresh after checkout when we came back for our bags. Much appreciated on a hot August afternoon. - Perfect location, walking distance to the Duomo, safe and pleasant neighborhood. - Good amenities. - Nice breakfast assortment. - Water fountains at every floor. - Daily chocolate treat in the room after cleaning, kid loved it

- TV channels/facilities could be better, but you don’t go to Milano to watch TV. - Bathroom ventilation wasn’t great, smell came and went at times.

This hotel was recently renovated and re-opened in January 2023. Being so new, everything was clean and in excellent order. The staff was very friendly and helpful (spoke excellent English). Breakfast had a very nice selection of foods and delicious fresh fruit cups. It is a half block from the metro station (Milan Metro is very reasonable and very easy to navigate, just remember to tap in and out using the same credit card - each rider uses their own and is charge daily depending on your usage). The hotel is also a short walk from many good restaurants and the Sforza Castle.

This is a modern and comfy hotel with a lot of nice features. The room was fresh with the expected amneties. One nice feature is an open changing room with shower if you travel out late and would like to spend the last day in the city and arrive fresh to the airport. The staff in the reception was superfriendly and helpful. The location of the hotel was very good with walking distance to many of the "mandatory" Milan sights. Breakfast is optional so you can choose if you go for the buffé version or a bar version (go for the buffé in that case) or if you like to venture outside to any of the nearby cafés. The rooms are a little pricy but you have to take in considiration that Milan is a metropol and you can probably stay cheaper and more expensive you you're aiming for that.

The staff in the bar was a little grumpy but did ok drinks. It was quite obvious due to the fact that the guys in the reception was superfriendly... but perhaps they had a bad day.

Beautiful design and very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms were well laid out and had everything you need. Absolutely loved the Corso Garibaldi location as well - away from the crowds and a very cool neighbourhood to be based out of but still walkable to Duomo if you need to check that off your list. For anyone driving, the attached garage in the building basement makes things so easier. Rare for a ZTL property! We were only there for our last night of a 2 week trip but wished we had gone with Urban Hive for our first Milan leg as well. Will definitely choose Urban Hive for our future visits here!

Exceptional location, great staff, especially front desk and breakfast. Rooms are cute and quiet, slept like an ox. Location is pretty perfect, decor is fun, breakfast surprisingly good for an Italian hotel; including wonderful ladies and phenomenal coffee from a real espresso machine. The ONLY comment I have is that the rooms and collective spaces feel a bit crammed, even the big rooms. Other than that 09/10.
