The reception were nice and helpfull. The room had everything we needed and Housekeeping did a good job every day. Breakfast were great. Great location. We more or less walked to everything (Doumo/Center and Brera), only took the metro once. From the hotel to the Doumo we walked in 30minutes, but as a part of this stretch is a park and another part is the shopping district with insanely expensive bags in the windows to look at (:-)) then it did not feel as a long walk. There are plenty of cafes and restaurants in the area, so if you dont want to go anywhere in the evenings you can just find a place close to the hotel. There is also a small supermarket and a fruitseller in the street.

The hotel is really nice and seems recently renovated, the room was beautiful, they also offered complimentary water, there was a bathrobe and slippers, very comfortable. I liked the breakfast, and especially appreciated the a la carte part – you can have eggs Benedict or avocado toast. The staff is really helpful, I needed a steamer during my stay, and they provided it immediately. Why not 10 – as the hotel is currently under renovation, the last morning I was woken up by drilling, and nobody warned me about this probability :(

WHCasati 18 is a lovely hotel, clean and modern. My room was small but very well appointed with everything I needed for a couple of night stay.. The staff was very helpful and kind. And the breakfast was also quite nice. Oh, the room had both a coffepot and a hot pot, with coffee, tea, creamer, sugars, espresso and regular coffee cups. That was really great.

My only real negative was my view, which was less than attractive. Fortunately, however, I spent little time in my room, so that was not a huge impact on me. As an aside, I would have really liked some refrigerator space to put my own water in.

I was extremely satisfied with my stay. A special thanks to Emilia at the reception, who was incredibly helpful and kind throughout my visit. She went above and beyond to guide me with tourist attractions and directions to historical places in both Milan and Rome. Her support truly made my trip smoother and more enjoyable. The room was spotless, spacious, and comfortable. The breakfast was fresh and had a good variety. The location was perfect, with easy access to public transport and main attractions. Highly recommended!

Nothing to complain about – everything was just perfect.

Great location, friendly and kind staff, the lobby looks very elegant and cozy, the entire hotel is extremely clean. Our room was quite small, but for us it was perfect. The bed was very comfortable, we had everything we needed, the temperature in the room was perfect (it was very cold outside). If you want to enjoy your morning with a perfect specialty coffee, please go to "Orsonero Coffee" - it's like 10mins easy walk from the hotel. There are plenty of restaurants nearby the hotel, multiple options depending on your taste - we recommend Baldassarre - it seems a tourist trap at first, very crowded, but we ate the best Carbonara and had a great time. Loved the location, 5mins from Reppublica Subway Station, lovely buildings, lots of restaurants, shops.

The walls seem to be VERY thin. We woke up in the middle of the night cause our neighbours were quite happy and drunk and made a lot of noise both in the room and corridors, it felt like we were together in the same room. Fortunately, they stopped after 20-30mins and we were able to go back to sleep. It's normal to hear something from time to time cause it's a hotel, but this was the first time we experienced this kind of disconfort, even hearing your neighbour sneeze or talking normally.

The hotel itself was very clean and comfortable, with a wonderful lounge/ seating area and a fantastic outside space that we utilised each evening. However, the staff are what really made the stay worthwhile. At reception everything was explained well and their hospitality was excellent. I would like to say that the staff member Roberto, from the bar/kitchen, went above and beyond his duties in making us feel welcome and explaining the best areas to go and when to go to them. He took his time and was patient with all of my questions as a first time visitor. I cannot recommend this hotel enough and plan on being a repeat customer for all future trips to Milan.

I have no complaints about the property.

The hotel is a reasonable distance from the train station, but after walking there on arrival we decided to take a taxi for the return. The hotel ordered a van for us (4) which arrived immediately and was only about 14 EU. The lobby, restaurant and room were nice; comfortable beds and quiet. The neighborhood is probably better than it looks due to the abundance of graffiti everywhere. We walked to the duomo which is a little over a mile and didn't feel unsafe. The buffet breakfast was excellent and well worth the $12 fee.

It's a bit of a hike with luggage from the train station through a lot of traffic. Without luggage it wouldn't have been that much of an issue. It's unfortunate that there is so much graffiti everywhere - something we've noticed in a lot of major European cities.

I stayed at the hotel 7 years ago. Now the hotel is being reconstructed and it exceeded my previous expectation. The room are spacious, newly decorated, bed are so comfortable and bathroom is spacious as well and clean. People at the reception were so kind and helpful. We were happy enough to get upgrade for free and early check-in. I have been staying quite often in this area, and the nearby hotels are nothing to compare. This is the best 4stars hotel in this area.

Nothing at all. Everything was perfect.

One night in Milan having arrived by train. It's in a good location for the station and not too far to walk to the main town/duomo. We did not eat or use facilities but the hotel had a good feel and a bar area all nicely done. The room was quite small but clean. We were given a room on arrival but it smelt a bit musty and the staff changed it for us straight away without making a fuss and the other room was fine. We would consider staying here again if we visited Milan

I enjoyed the breakfast, bar, and newly renovated facilities. Inside, there is a lounge that resembles a terrace. The renovations were excellently done, and I really like the style of the hotel.

The hotel lacks an external sign; instead, it features signage directly on the wall, making it challenging to determine its exact street corner location without navigation. Additionally, the walls in the rooms are thin, allowing sounds from people talking in their rooms and walking in the corridors to be easily heard. Room was quite small, but it was not a problem.
