The reception were nice and helpfull. The room had everything we needed and Housekeeping did a good job every day. Breakfast were great. Great location. We more or less walked to everything (Doumo/Center and Brera), only took the metro once. From the hotel to the Doumo we walked in 30minutes, but as a part of this stretch is a park and another part is the shopping district with insanely expensive bags in the windows to look at (:-)) then it did not feel as a long walk. There are plenty of cafes and restaurants in the area, so if you dont want to go anywhere in the evenings you can just find a place close to the hotel. There is also a small supermarket and a fruitseller in the street.

The hotel locates a 10min walk from Milano Centrale - the main terminal of the city and two metro stations (and also buses that I didn’t take) which makes it easier to go around the city even it’s a 20-25min walk from the main area. I wouldn’t say the neighborhood is 100% safe but if you avoid walking late at night and also using the big park along your way back to the hotel from duomo area, it’s ok. The interiors were quite new and I loved the moulding on every corner. Although the corridors were a little narrow, my room was big enough to open 105L suitcase. The room was very tidy and clean. Staff were also very nice to help me during the stay.

Nothing in particular but I wish there was a little rack in the shower space to put my own amenities. All in all, it was an excellent stay.

The hotel is really nice and seems recently renovated, the room was beautiful, they also offered complimentary water, there was a bathrobe and slippers, very comfortable. I liked the breakfast, and especially appreciated the a la carte part – you can have eggs Benedict or avocado toast. The staff is really helpful, I needed a steamer during my stay, and they provided it immediately. Why not 10 – as the hotel is currently under renovation, the last morning I was woken up by drilling, and nobody warned me about this probability :(

The Staff were amazing, the ladies from the restaurant, I witnessed a customer being so rude to one of the ladies while having my breakfast, she dealt with the situation so professionally. The staff’s are were trained, friendly and super helpful. The cleaners were abit slow due to the language barrier, but every body else in the hotel is so polite, helpful, friendly, professional, kind, there is this young lady at the bar and restaurant who recommended few meals from the menu so kind and patient. Nicolo I couldn’t forget his name, so understanding and helpful. Thank you all again x Will surely be back soon

Stayed here with my girlfriend during our Italy road trip. Met all of our expectations and more. Comfortable bed, clean rooms, good location (not central but just on the edge of the center) we could rent bikes 2 minutes walk from the hotel and cycle 10minutes to the center (all flat), the staff were amazing anything we needed they provided. We did not have the breakfast so I can’t comment on this but there is a great cafe just around the corner called Eroica Caffè Milano that I walk to every morning to get us pastries and coffee. For dinner I would recommend a great little Italian restaurant Ristorante Pizzeria L'antro della Sibilla just a 5min walk from the hotel.

We had a very nice a stylish room and big bathroom with a window. Hotel offered to us a complementary water, slippers/bathrobe and welcome sweets, we really enjoyed it. Overall clean and modern hotel, friendly and helpful staff. Worth the price. Location is questionable, it is very convenient if you need to take a train and still walkable to the city center, but also has a specific atmosphere of a close distance to the train station in the big city, a lot graffiti everywhere.

Breakfast was too simple, with not a lot of options and bad coffee. Next day we took a breakfast to go because of the early train and it was a bag full of dry snacks. For sure i would skip it next time.

WHCasati 18 is a lovely hotel, clean and modern. My room was small but very well appointed with everything I needed for a couple of night stay.. The staff was very helpful and kind. And the breakfast was also quite nice. Oh, the room had both a coffepot and a hot pot, with coffee, tea, creamer, sugars, espresso and regular coffee cups. That was really great.

My only real negative was my view, which was less than attractive. Fortunately, however, I spent little time in my room, so that was not a huge impact on me. As an aside, I would have really liked some refrigerator space to put my own water in.

I was extremely satisfied with my stay. A special thanks to Emilia at the reception, who was incredibly helpful and kind throughout my visit. She went above and beyond to guide me with tourist attractions and directions to historical places in both Milan and Rome. Her support truly made my trip smoother and more enjoyable. The room was spotless, spacious, and comfortable. The breakfast was fresh and had a good variety. The location was perfect, with easy access to public transport and main attractions. Highly recommended!

Nothing to complain about – everything was just perfect.

I've tried many hotels in Milan, cause I am there frequently and always avoided this one. That was a mistake :) The hotel is really nice, the room is amazing, and most important thing for me - it is quiet there, because overall Milan is quite noisy, but here many rooms face the inner side and you can sleep properly. Breakfast was also good. Simple, but you can find most of the things people eat for breakfast.

At 10:30, at breakfast, some things like ham were already gone, and no one was in a hurry to refill them, but that's not a big deal. Overall, the hotel is amazing.

Great location, friendly and kind staff, the lobby looks very elegant and cozy, the entire hotel is extremely clean. Our room was quite small, but for us it was perfect. The bed was very comfortable, we had everything we needed, the temperature in the room was perfect (it was very cold outside). If you want to enjoy your morning with a perfect specialty coffee, please go to "Orsonero Coffee" - it's like 10mins easy walk from the hotel. There are plenty of restaurants nearby the hotel, multiple options depending on your taste - we recommend Baldassarre - it seems a tourist trap at first, very crowded, but we ate the best Carbonara and had a great time. Loved the location, 5mins from Reppublica Subway Station, lovely buildings, lots of restaurants, shops.

The walls seem to be VERY thin. We woke up in the middle of the night cause our neighbours were quite happy and drunk and made a lot of noise both in the room and corridors, it felt like we were together in the same room. Fortunately, they stopped after 20-30mins and we were able to go back to sleep. It's normal to hear something from time to time cause it's a hotel, but this was the first time we experienced this kind of disconfort, even hearing your neighbour sneeze or talking normally.
