On arrival we was met by a receptionist who was bilingual, she was very helpful and attentive. Our room was a decent size, two single beds with a fridge, clothes and shelving space, good shower, plenty light and a balcony (and a full length mirror!) The location is great, loads of restaurants, cafes and shops near by with Just Eat and Deliveroo also available. Close to the tram stops, underground and uber scooters and bikes.

Unfortunately, the trams are extremely loud and they run late at night. Luckily we were tired from our travelling otherwise I’d worry about it disturbing sleep. Also the walls are extremely thin- we could hear the vac from the corridor, the shower from the other room and voices. Despite this- it did not ruin our stay.

Really good breakfast with on-demand eggs etc. and a lot of choice next to that. The room was good, clean, with recent furniture and bathroom. The location was great. I was able to reach easily the city center, the metro line (5 min walk) to then reach the airport by train, or to go for a run in the close by park. I also found a really good pizzeria close by and there were also many other restaurants to choose from. The best hotel I have been in Milan so far in that range of price (Milan is usually outrageously expensive for the quality of the rooms).

I was on the first floor so there was a bit of noise from the garage door right below in the night (I think). I should have maybe wear ear blocks...

The location of the hotel Roxy is really great. I love going for a run to the park close to it (3 blocks away). Also, the neighbourhood has plenty of nice restaurants. The breakfast is great with a lot of different options. The ladies at the breakfast are also nice and take care quickly of your requests. The room was clean and comfy.

Next time, I will ask for a room on the other side, not looking at the street as the tramway is passing there. Even if this is overall a quiet street, the tram passes from time to time.

We had a great stay at The Roxy, staff were very attentive and very welcoming, breakfast was great too. We found it to be in a great place for exploring, you need to try the pasta from Plin which is only a minutes walk away, again highly recommended. It's about a 20 minute walk to the Duomo Milano, but if you don't want to walk, there's trams, trams everywhere. If you are visiting the Duomo Milano, (very very busy at weekends), then buy the combo ticket. I suggest you visit the museum, and then take the steps up to the roof (amazing views), when you come down your in the cathedral, show the security your ticket and they will let you in, no need to queue again.

The location is about 25-30 minutes walking from central train station. You can take a tram from the station to the hotel. Tram number 9. You can also find a bus to Bergamo airport from the train station. Bus fare is 12 euros by cash. Taxi will cost more than 130 euros to this airport. Room was a bit small but clean and modern fitting. Staff are friendly.

There is a small box hanging on the wall. It has noise. Later I found out it is actually a fridge. The tram is noisy and it sounded loud at night.

Location close to everything, Supermarket, Subway, especial Tram station in front of the hotel, 20 min walk to Fashion street and Duomo. I would like to give A+ to all staff very helpful and super friendly. Nice hotel, I will definitely say here again. Very convenient and safe area.

The shower area glass is too narrow, Plus size maybe difficult to go in or cannot go on. Bed is too soft, but overall value of money.

Hotel Roxy was a pleasant surprise. We arrived at about 2am and it was no problem. The staff were amazing and helped in every way they could. The room, while not huge, had everything you could need presented in a very modern and attractive way. The location was fabulous with transport, laundromat, supermarket and restaurants right near by. Breakfast was exceptional, even offered cappuccino with it!!! Thoroughly recommended.

Location brilliant, one minute walk to tram and metro stop- and twenty minute walk to Milan city centre. Lovely breakfast, clean room, the room looks much nicer in person than it does on website pictures. Friendly staff with helpful information . Value for money

Great hotel, I felt safe, it was clean and the staff were very helpful. Free use of the water fountain in the lobby was great. I was a solo traveller so picked a small room which was perfect for a short stay. Would highly recommend.
