Nice quiet area , no trouble Room was small but great use of spacing to make it feel bigger and allow adequate space for myself and partner not to feel cramped Staff were very helpful by providing me an adaptor and bottle opener, so I did not have to buy one from a store. Location is great, we found some great local suburb coffee shops and the garden with pink flamingos is just around the corner

Over reliance on phone to access property via app (but this was due to our phone battery struggling to hold charge as we had been using it throughout the day and by end of evening it was low battery) We did find the very warm during the night, I’m sure this could have been resolved via communication but we opened window to let in fresh air.

Great location, close to the metro and walking distance to Duomo and great shopping areas. Friendly and helpful staff. I really liked that there was a water dispenser in the reception and the coffee was good too. Room was clean, loved the balcony. Very nice building, AV worked well and it is quiet to sleep here. If people talk in the hall outside the room you can hear it but it didn’t bother me. Big plus for the full length mirror, great for outfit checks!

The pillows were a bit hard but that’s just my preference to be fair.

LOVED THIS STAY! Was in the perfect area, about a 15 min walk to the Duomo but had plenty of restaurants nearby to eat at. The area was very safe as well and the staff was very friendly. The wifi worked great as well. There is thankfully an elevator to get into the hotel so no having to drag luggage up 5 flights of stairs. We were able to leave our luggage at reception while we waited for our room to be ready. Our room had a balcony that was perfect for our evening coffee. One thing to be aware of which made me nervous at first was there is virtual check in where you can use your phone to get in and out of the building. We did not have data since we were traveling from out of the country so there wasnt a way for us to virtually enter the building. They thankfully gave us a code so we could unlock a key to access their building and then at the hotel door we did have wifi that we could then enter from if that makes sense. Once that was figured out we were good to go!

Good location,around 30 minute walk from Milano Centrale Station and 20 minute walk to the Duomo/Shops etc. Feels very safe and secure which is great for solo travellers. The decor is modern with a comfortable bed, tv, coffee machine, fridge with bottled cold water, clothes hanging space, small bathroom and outdoor terrace area for morning coffee. The communication from staff was amazing, either someone is on reception or available to contact via WhatsApp.

There was a slight drain smell which I noticed coming into the property of an evening.

The hotel was in a lovely building and was very cleaning and comfortable, especially the bed! Good size for a few days, and the bathroom was very nice. Great location, very central and easy to get around. It felt very safe getting back late at night too.

There was some issues with hot water. It didn’t always work well and wasn’t very hot. Also the rain shower had quite bad pressure but I think this was because the building is old

From the moment of booking the host could not have been more accommodating - ensuring we had all the required information to check in smoothly. Great communication and even got to upgrade our room! Really authentic feel to the whole place! Lovely room that was clean and had added extras like coffee/tea/water. Location was great! Just a short walk to many tram stops. Would really recommend this stay.

Staff were always helpful. We checked in later at night and the instructions left for us to check in to our room were very clear and made the process easy for us. Comfy Bed, little terrace, cold water provided and large shower/bathroom. Full length mirror was great and coffee machine in room. We loved that we could watch Netflix

We had a little problem with wi-fi at first but that was fixed once we mentioned it. We felt there were no restaurants close by, many places were closed.

Best recommendations for this place! Good communication duing our stay and everyone were very helpfull. We had the apartment with the balcony which was just perfect! Also the location was a great fit for os.

This beautiful hotel is two mins walk from Palestro Metro, a posh area and very central, 10mins walk or less to Via Montenapoleone and Duomo and 5 minutes walk to Dolce & Gabanna Martini bar & restaurant. The hotel itself is simply divine. Stylish very fashionable. The receptionist is super friendly professional and kind. and helpful. WI-FI is fast! The rooms are spotless and modern with the most beautiful balcony and the most beautiful street its located on, near the Villa Invernizzi which is less than 1 minute walk away, here you see the pink Flamingos in the garden. Supermarket is a few minutes walk away and its also close to Porta Venezia a massive shopping area, I loved every minute of my stay.

I Very dislike online checking where u have to save pictures of your ID also picture with your face while holding ID, you also had to input your credit card number. This is so unprofessional and could be done at the place. Also, what if i dont have data? Entry to building only through mobile app - again what if i dont have data? My phone run out of battery? I was disapponted of this service and would not come again.
