Room was very nice decorated, beds are comfortable. Location is perfect near to good restaurants and shopping stores

There is so many mosquitos in room and very unpleasent. Hotel must put something to windows to avoid them

The hotel was beautiful! The key things for me when I travel - especially alone - are location and cleanliness, and this hotel was perfect on both counts! Very central and walkable to the historic/tourist center, as well as to other fun neighborhoods. The woman at the front desk was also very kind and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

The only heads ups are (1) that it is inside a building which can only be accessed by an internal walkway and door code, so it can be hard to find at first; and (2) the front desk staff is only there 10am-6pm.

Perfect room for my stay. I was only here two nights for work but it was centrally located, staff were wonderful and just a very nice, clean room.

Minor things make it not a 10 but overall great experience. Highly recommend.

The property location was amazing, next to all the high fashion shops, about 5-10 min walking to the Duomo and all the central streets, also 5 min walking to bus and subway station. The street was very lit at evening and we felt very safe to get back to the apartment even at 23:00. The rooms are gorgeous designed exactly as the pictures at the website, everything was very clean and the place seamed to be really new or very well preserved. Audrey our hostess was lovely and patient, gave us some recommendations, ordered us a taxi, let us left the luggage at the property after the checkout so we could travel a bit more until the flight. The room has a lot of space even we had 3 suitcases and there is an elevator and air-condition as indicated and it was very important for me as i am pregnant, we will definitely be back !

Everything ! From the first moment of booking my room till the last day of my staying there! Hospitality, politeness , check in time, any questions were answered , any demands were satisfied, all the explanation I need were done ✅by beautiful and well mannered Audrey. Cleanliness, fresh , clean towels every day, refreshing every day cleaning , good quality bed linen , coffee ☕️, accurately served , water for to drink. The minimum u need every day was done ✅ in a perfect level.

For walking around Milan, this location is superb. The staff is incredibly friendly and very accessible through a quick WhatsApp text. They are very kind and helpful. The bed was super comfortable, and every though there's no room service or gym, the place was very comfortable. Great place to stay for a few days if you'd like to be perched within walking distance to the Duomo Milan and a ton of other great shops/food.

The only real issue is that the stand-up shower didn't have the best drainage or a good seal at the door, so it often felt like we were going to flood the bathroom floor if we took a long shower.

Location, check in, entrance, clean and cozy room, balcony, free water everyday.. nice

Conditionair was broke. We had issues because of water dropping on the floor, also for the first night there was only 1 towel. But the staff was friendly and do their best. Give us towels and tried to fix the air conditioning. But at the day we check out, there start dropping water again 😂 so i would recommend not for too long stay or hotel has to fix it!! 💞💞💞

The location was just perfect, in the very center of Milan! Very charming, beautifully decorated room, very clean, wonderful bed! We were really lucky to find last minute this real pearl! We received very warm welcome from our host Saba, who assisted us with all needed information and helped us with the reservation of taxi. Next time we are in Milan, we will be definitely back in The Couper Spiga!!

Our stay was superb! The area was beautiful , our check in was super easy and the room had beautiful design ( and also a very comfy bed ). Saba from the front desk is the nicest ! I definitely found where I will stay in my future trips in Milan .
