The appartment is in great location where everything is a walking distance. The staff are very nice and helpful.

Three things I didn't like about our stay. 1. There is no Internet in the appartment. We asked the team to fix the problem but unfortunately it was not fixed during the whole stay. 2. It says in the booking that the room has a sofa bed. It's actually a sofa not a sofa bed so it is not comfortable at all. 3. We couldn't store the luggages in the reception for free after 4:00 pm so if you are planning to checkout early and leave the luggages till the time of your flight you will need to pay an extra charge for each bag.

Good location and close to train stations. No frills apartment.

A little disorganized with the communication. At least 3 different people sending messages via WhatsApp and booking.com and they don’t communicate with each other. They were confused when I was arriving even though I already messaged them an updated time a week in advance. They also messaged me about check-out and hope I enjoyed my stay before even checked in. The self check-in instructions was sent via a large video file 2 minute video and with my slow international data, I had to stand outside to download the video for 5 minutes. Would have preferred written instructions. They also sent me their messages in Italian and no English translation until I messaged them the day-of that I’m arriving.

Really great location, room and staff. The room was great size, especially for the location. It was amazing to be so close to the city center. Everything that we needed was walking distance and the property manager and staff were very helpful. The unit itself was well equipped and the washing machine in the room was really helpful. Also, they arranged great transportation to the airport for us.

Almost too much technology in the room. Sometimes it was hard to figure out the automation with lights shades ect. But if I had a question about something or needed help like with the washing machine, it was a simple text through What's app to get an answer. The property manager was very quick to respond.

The location was a cracker, right in the middle of everything. We enjoyed the ambience of the area and proximity to a big range of eating places. Being close to the Duomo was beautiful, such an amazing building.

We had issues with wifi.It didn't work at first, only after a conversation with the manager did we manage to get more reliable WiFi access. The apartment was rather small for 3 people, even though it was advertised for 3.

Location is superb! Right in the center of Milan with all the shoppingstreets. Few minutes walking to the Duomo. Matteo the manager was very friendly and helpfull. Room was cleaned daily. Livingroom has a comfortable couch to rest on after walking all day. Below the appartment are two cafe's/bistros where you can have breakfast. We will be back.

The property is perfect in every way. It’s clean, well equipped, modern and in a very central location. You literally walk out the front door and all the shops, restaurants and sights are right there. A grocery store is 5 minute walk away. Despite its central location it was extremely quiet. If you are driving there is a reasonably priced parking garage that shares the same elevator as the property. Keep in mind it’s built for very narrow short cars. Check in was easy with well communicated messages/photos sent by our host. We were very fortunate to be upgraded to a 2 bedroom and that really made our stay very comfortable.

My only suggestion would be to provide a toaster and dryer.

Spacious modern apartment. Great location for shopping and restaurants, but there are better locations for Milan. Excellent communication with management. Parking is convenient, but not cheap. It's pretty quiet given the location. Good value given how spacious and comfy the apartment is. And I can't say enough good things about the communication with management. Service for the apartment was excellent and timely. Kitchen is perfectly equipped for an extended visit.

The cost is reasonable for the size and comfort, but the location is best for shoppers. It's in the city center, and there are better locations to stay for non-shoppers, but that's not the apartment's fault! For such a nice apartment, the shower is unusually small. The TV doesn't really get any channels, but that's not a big deal for a vacation stay!

The apartement is located conveniently in city centre, only 150m from San Babila subway station and 600m from the Duomo di Milano. We enjoyed the exceptional service and the convenience in getting around town, walking to almost every destination. We were able to store our lugagge on arrival day and the day we left, which gave us some extra flexibility. There are restaurants and cafes nearby, and plenty of shopping opportunities.

Great location, and the staff/hosts were very attentive. They went over & above with a few details that made our stay easier and more accommodating. Special thanks to Ricardo, Beatriz, and Ismael for all their help. I would highly recommend this property and neighborhood.

Only a few minor suggestions for improvement, very insignificant for mention here. The property is very nice.

The apartment was very clean and spacious in terms of area and number of rooms. The living room was larg and had a dining table. All cooking supplies were available in the apartment. The location of the apartment is ideal and it has a private parking space ( paid parking ). Very close to center. Thanks for all the staff, all of them were very nice.
