Super clear apartment, all confortevole, clear and modern app to acess with secure safe personal code, nice terrace with well kept green and privacy. Small modern kitchenette with all you may need, nice atmosfere and super host available 24/24 friendly and up the standard. Great location I will surely come back. Best accomodation in Milan!

Cristina was an excellent host, she answered all our questions via WhatsApp before we started to travel, told us how to better reach the hotel. We ended up taking Malpensa Express to Cadorna station and then took a taxi (subway option was also available). Cristina also took care of our luggage before check-in time since we came early. Location is perfect. Really perfect! I've read that it's walking distance to many sightseeing but they were closer than I expected.

The facilities were great. Good bed, shower, clothes washer. Great location.

I’ve alerted the property that mosquitos were a problem, probably due to a high bathroom that we couldn’t close. I’m sure they will figure out a solution.

Prime location. Room is big, clean and comfortable. There is a balcony but is useless. Just 5mins walk from Duomo

Checkin was exactly at 2pm. I reached early but they couldn’t arrange an early check in.

The apartment is very nice. The room was spacious and had almost everything you need.

There were lack of instructions at the beginning like the door lock and what app to download. And the instructions regarding the key to the building. We also thought snacks were free when we came in but the message that it was not free came in too late. But it was okay. Also the aircon was a little bit small for the place so as we are there durin summer, it was hot at night.

Location is perfect! There is a large outdoor balcony/patio and plenty of closet space. very comfortable.

air conditioning could be better - it was in the 90’s when we were in Milan and the air conditioner couldn’t handle it. But it cooled off in the evening and was fine. we weren’t in the apartment much during the day anyway.

Few steps away from San Babila Metro Station and the famous shopping streets. The room is very modern and spacious for 3 people. The instruction to enter the room is very clear and communicated very well by the owner. I love the bed and pillows are so comfortable.

missing 1 big towel for the 3rd person but it’s not big deal.

great location to get to anywhere. Not expensive to get there by taxi from Centrale Station. very near to Duomo. there is security for the building and most importantly an elevator.

No power for the safe in the room. Bath soap was not refilled. The pillow and bed cover had dust at the folds. probably due to lack of use during covid?? the staff did offer to attend to any complaints but we did not want anyone coming into the room again so lived with it

great location. walking distance to all central attractions and shopping. host did her best to meet our expectations. the late check out was greatly appreciated.

please replace the washing machine. we could not use it due to safety concerns and as a family with kids, we could have benefited :). Thanks!
