The location was perfect for a first-time visitor to Milan. Metro access was close by and the Duomo was steps away. The room was super clean, and the bathroom was huge. It was nice to have a kitchen and fridge in the room. Communication was great via WhatsApp.

There must've been a communication problem since we couldn't get them to bring us a blanket or duvet, as there were only top sheets on the bed. It was hot, I get it, so we gave up and used a bathrobe as a blanket. Tissues in the room would've been nice.

Excellent location in the heart of Milan just steps from the duomo and the Galleria. The Aparthotel was well stocked and nicely appointed. We had three people in the room, and rather than an uncomfortable sofa bed, there were three beds set up which was great. The kitchenette was on a mezzanine level - which may pose difficulties for the elderly to get to via a spiral staircase, but if mobility isn’t an issue, it provided ample space. Being a pedestrianised street only, with the room facing the internal aspect of a lovely gallery meant that there was no noise or disruption. Taxi access was via a very nearby street so transport via car was not an issue.

The room was spacious even though it was a single room. The single bed had almost the size of a double. Staff is friendly and helpful. Location perfect.

Room was facing the inside of a gallery, so it was really dark during the day and bright in the evening, because of the gallery lighting. The curtains did not block the light coming from the gallery at night as they were not wide enough.

we'recently stayed at INTOMILAN Galleria hotel and had a wonderful experience. The innkeeper, Paula, was incredibly kind and hospitable. She made sure that our stay was comfortable and that we had everything we needed. The room was clean and well-appointed. The location of the hotel was also great, as it was within walking distance of the Duomo and many of the city's main attractions. I would highly recommend the hotel to anyone visiting Milan

There was a specific smell in the room that we didn’t like

I super love their staff. The hosts Paulene and Suzana were excellent. They were nice, friendly, warm and welcoming. As we got in early they allowed us to store our luggage with them and they brought our bags up to the room when it was ready. The room was excellent. I love that the windows when opened can hear people chatting outside or singers just singing beautiful songs. Bed and pillows were comfy. Clean. Bathroom clean too and large. Tub was a nice touch. Overall will come back and better yet will share with the office and with my friends and family.

Elevator was just a bit small but negligible.

Breakfast was not provided, a voucher was given for only one croissant and coffee, that kind of breakfast we have never experienced, so not happy, I paid a good amount for proper breakfast No telephone in room so cannot contact as reception is closed, if you need anything then nobody is around Everything is with codes, codes were not provided or explained before, so had to wait on the entrance door for a long time in soring heat This hotel is apartments so no other facilities like hotel Lifts were old type, and we were very afraid to use them

Our stay at the hotel was excellent! The access was very easy, and we received clear and helpful information from the staff before arrival. The hotel is conveniently located near a metro station with a direct line to the airport, which made our travel very smooth. We were upgraded to a suite, which was spacious and beautifully designed – true luxury! The staff gave us a warm welcome and provided a great introduction to the area with professionalism and friendliness. We highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again.

The location is perfect for central Milan. 5 minute walk to Duomo and the main shopping arcade. Easy access from Milan Malpensa and a few stops on the metro to Milano Centrale train station. The hotel upgraded us to an apartment which was beyond our expectations - stunning. The bedroom had 3 beds and was sound proof. The apartment had a good living area, exceptional kitchen with mini bar, conduction hob and sink, kettle, cuttlery, glasses. The bathroom was amazing. The room had 2 original theatre seats as the Room was called La Scala. Paula at reception was super friendly and helpful. I was disappointed only to be staying one night. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting an exceptional stay in Milan.

Can't think of anything except the lifts are very tight as they are in an old building but there are stairs to walk up and down.

Location was amazing, extraordinary, easy access, very friendly staff and willing to help with everything. room size was big and cozy.

broken bathroom door. when it was closed it couldn’t be opened so we used cards at the locker and opened. dust was found in the wardrobe when we arrived so we cleaned it with antibacterial wipes we had. the shower’s doors were also broken didn’t close and at the bottom of the shower was plastic material instead of the common ceramic or porcelain material commonly used. also there was not any option to choose the room. we booked on booking but did not have any option to decide which room we wanted. they gave us the one with the bicycle on wall.

The location is amazing. We walked out onto the street, looked left and there was the Duomo. Restaurants and shopping are in abundance and we walked to everything. Susana, receptionist, was wonderful, very helpful and called for taxis when needed

We were a little confused at first. There is a main entrance, another entrance and then an elevator or staircase. Had the receptionist not been coming in, we would have been confused about how to get to the desk. It is one floor up from the entrance.
