Fantastical personnel! Special thanks to Ms.Heizel Catangui! She made our stay unforgettable, super customized and and very special! She is an extremely kind person. She helped us to carry our luggage (oh, my God! It was heavy!) Also our thanks and warm regards to Ms.Debby, who is very-very polite and kind!The room is well equipped in a cozy place and 5 minutes away from the basic sightseeing locations The bed is perfect and everything is very clean. This is a boutique hotel and it is very safe to stay in. The room has its minibar, an electric boling pot, and a coffee machine. If I happen to come back to Milano, I will definitely stay at AH-Duomo Essence:-)

Very convenient hotel for those who wish to stay downtown. Walking distance to many places of interest but also to two metro stations. Everyone form the staff I had contact with was polite, friendly, and they responded promptly to our requests or questions.

The breakfast situation is a bit strange. It is served on a cafe just at the corner of the hotel's building. However, although not clearly stated when you booked, you have very limited choices for breakfast. They do a very Italian think, you choose a coffee type (espresso, cappuccino) and either a croissant or a sweet pastry. You also get a small fresh orange juice. So anything else you might want for breakfast, or second coffees, you need to pay yourself for.

The location couldn’t be better, just a stone’s throw from the Duomo and within walking distance of all the key sights, restaurants, and bars. It was the perfect base for a quick city break. A big shoutout to Heizel at reception, who was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to answer our questions. We were celebrating my partner’s birthday, and the thoughtful special touches made the stay even more memorable. While the setup isn’t that of a traditional hotel, it worked just fine for a one-night stay, especially with everything so close by.

Our room was very comfortable and perfect for us and our two kids. The lady at the desk (Asia) was extremely helpful. The breakfast is fun. It's in a little cafe in the nearby square. Great setting, coffee, orange juice and croissants. Not very large though, and definitely not like a 'hotel' breakfast, which may have you set for the day. An easy stroll to the Galleria and the Duomo.

This is not a classic hotel experience. But the location and rooms were great.

Aiello Hotel - Duomo is truly a gem! Ideal location, literally 2’ walk from Duomo and 2’ walk from Metro station. Really convenient and in such trips when you visit for 2-3 days a big city, location is everything! Anna is the best hostess, at all times available and willing to help us. Kind and friendly she made everything really easy for us. The room was clean and really warm. Not too much spacious but that was ok as we were strolling around Milan.

Just a bit small rooms but nothing to worry about.

The location was great. The beds were comfortable and we appreciated the two joined rooms for our family with two bathrooms. The receptionist was lovely and kindly held our luggage after we had checked out so we could go sightseeing.

The reception was only manned for limited hours. The included breakfast was a voucher to use at a nearby Cafe, which was fine but a very simple snack. Wasn't really set up as a traditional hotel.

In the heart of the city on the shopping street, just a couple minutes to Duomo square. We could not see the reception, but we managed to get in via wassup directions, and they were very friendly...

It is a half floor apartment hotel, a little bit noisy, you have some ear plugs next to your beds:) We stayed in a family room, there were also some mosquitos, but you have also machine to avoid.

The lady at reception - I don’t know her name!! - was absolutely amazing. We had a late check-in as we arrived around 9pm and she was fantastic. Replied on WhatsApp within seconds - helped us with absolutely everything we needed and more - things like parking and paying for our congestion charge for the car. Location was also incredible. Minutes away from the Duomo. 100000% recommend.

We just picked up a croissant on the way to the airport so we didn't really take advantage of the breakfast. We loved the location--walking distance to shopping, subway, the Duomo....right in the heart of it all. Loved the air conditioning and the host was super friendly!

Check in system was a bit complicated but it worked out just fine. Communication was very important and she did an excellent job of communicating in a timely manner so that helped!

We are a newly wed couple- we arrived at the property and that upgraded our room to a bigger one, plus - the room has been filled with red balloons and wine for celebrating out wedding. very nice team ! we liked it there! (Just to NOTE: we HAVEN'T asked the stuff to do all of this - it was their choice :) )
