The hotel is located in the very center of the city although it is 2 turns away Duomo di Milan there were no people on Hotel street and nights was very quiet, we couldn’t hear any noise. Walking distance to all major attractions, shops and restaurants.Our room ( 1 )was large, had everything you need, including shampoo, shower gel, soap. There is always a friendly employee at the reception ready to help. Cleaning every day, towels were also changed every day. Our stay at the hotel was very pleasant.

On first day of our stay Wi-Fi was normal then all following days it was slow and poor in our room ( 1 ) On reception it worked great.(maybe other rooms too) I told about it to the reception guy and he tried to fix it but didn’t succeed. I don’t blame him but just stating facts as this is moment hotel shoud fix Everything else was great

There was no breakfast,that's the downside,but the hotel was very close to everything,5min from the duomo,8min from LA scala 2 min from all the milan shopping fashion,the staff were extremely friendly and helpful,there was no kettle in my room ,so I asked the staff if I could use there's and they said yes,so every night I took it had a cup of tea and coffee in the morning, there is a huge supermarket 10min walking si I bought veges ,yogurts to take with me on tours, luckily there was a refrigerator in the room which is really good

The location is perfect, right in the center of the main attractions and restaurants and easy to find, but still tucked away in a quiet area. The staff were nice, knowledgeable and spoke my language. Going in I knew the facilities were going to be minimal but it was my best option for the great price. High value for the price!

There is no elevator so you will have to bring your own luggage up the stairs, but this means the floors are very quiet and private. The bathroom was a bit small but I was only one person.

It is located a block away from the Duomo and touristic area. You have a lot of bar and stores around. The staff let us choose our bedroom and even checked us in earlier, without charging us anything. We asked for extra towels and they had no problem.

It didn't have any water dispenser, but the guy from the night shift offered his water bottle. Even though we wanted to refill our bottles, it was really nice for him to offer that!

Excellent location in the heart of Milan, practically a stone's throw from the Duomo. Easy to get around by foot to all the main sights and attractions (the metro station is close by too). As a solo female traveller I felt safe going back in the evenings. The room is cleaned every day.

It was a little hard to figure out how to lock my door - I could not use the deadbolt as it was misaligned. Instead, the door is considered locked when it latches, because from the outside there is no way to release the latch other than with the key. Although I was slightly disconcerted at first, this was a minor issue and the hotel was safe. There is 24-hour reception. The decor looks a little aged but is expected at this price.

It’s a fantastic (albeit basic) hotel in a fantastic location. If you are happy to have a hotel which is just a room with some nice basics like hair dryer and toiletries, then this hotel is great. The staff are truly so helpful. Saw this in other reviews and it holds true. Lots of restaurants nearby to get breakfast, lunch and dinner.

While the hotel were super helpful, as someone with very limited mobility and who uses a mobility scooter, the lack of an elevator made it a little challenging, but it’s an old building, so not surprising. But there is a storage cupboard by reception which can be used of you have mobility equipment you don’t want to take upstairs.

The place is right in the center. Very accessible to everything. The Receptionist and staffs are very well accommodating. They clean and change the sheets/towels everyday and the bathroom is newly renovated (modern). All in all, I can say this was the best stay for me. The price is exceptional with the service. I would recommend this to everyone! 🩷

Location is the best of this hotel, right behind Duomo and between Duomo and San Babila metro stops.There's this fine dining restaurant next door and plenty of other options in via Vittorio Emanuele. As other user said it's best option if you ain't spending a lot of time in the hotel. The ceiling and windows are high so you can open your windows and get fresh air. Also the boy at front desk is cute~

Even though they refurbished the bathrooms and all still needs a bit more of thorough cleaning. Rooms are small and minimalistic, although honestly couldn't fit more stuff even if they wanted to. Still has the basic amenities. No elevator but only has 2 floors. Keys are metal. Trash trucks noise because it's facing a small square but just for few minutes.

Less than 100m to the Duomo; by Milan standards reasonable price at €100 per night; very spacious bedroom & bathroom with plenty of storage with tv, mini fridge, AC. Helpful staff

Rather run down and tired, ling time since any external & internal decoration but positives outweigh this.

The best possible location, steps from the Duomo. -Clean/functional private rooms with en-suite bathrooms. -only for travelers who plan to be out exploring all day
