Apartment 308 was simply exquisite. The exterior of the apartment exudes luxury and comfort, setting the tone for a delightful stay. Its prime location, right in the heart of Milan near the cathedral, adds to its allure. From the balcony, you can even catch a glimpse of the cathedral, adding to the charm of the setting. Being situated in the bustling center, you're treated to the delightful sounds of street musicians in the mornings and evenings, their music enhancing the already enchanting atmosphere, especially when it's the soulful melodies of a saxophone drifting up to your window.

While the apartment was truly outstanding, there was one aspect that prevented it from receiving a perfect 10 out of 10 rating. The shower with its beautiful large bathtub seemed to be equipped with a boiler, which unfortunately meant that filling the tub might not be feasible. If one is unaware of this beforehand, it could lead to a situation where the second person taking a shower might run out of hot water, requiring a bit of waiting until the water reheats. Despite this minor inconvenience, the overall experience was still exceptional.

The location is super central! Right next to Duomo, the property allows you an access to the venues in the center. It was very convenient to have a self-checkin and self-checkout. I appreciated their luggage storage for free, again self-service. The apartment had everything necessary to enjoy our stay.

The only minus I can tell is the fact it was cold at night, and we couldn’t manage to make the room warmer. And please provide separate blankets to every person. It’s not comfortable to share the blanket with your children or grandchildren.

The location is superb, 5 minutes or less to the Duomo and in the heart of the City. We walked from the Main train station after being dropped off by the bus from the airport (30-40mins as we meandered through the park on the way there) and it was easy to find. The room was spacious with a large double bed. We had a corner room with many windows which are single glazed but in keeping with the style of the property, so the hustle and bustle from the busy shopping street below can be heard. This subsides as the night progresses so we had no problems sleeping. The bed is snug and comfortable. The room was a little chilly. It did warm using the air conditioning but probably still on the cool side but not unbearable. It was cold outside and the single glazed windows will make it hard to heat. We had a view of the Duomo which was nice. Good communication from Numa with instructions with pin codes etc. Access to the storage lockers was great as we dropped off our luggage then went for a stroll around until we got notification that we could check in a bit early, and we got a late checkout for a small fee (20 Euros). A pleasant stay and would use again.

The room could've been warmer. The bathroom shower dripped constantly. We shut the doors between the rooms and this minimised the sound. The hot water wasn't great. My partner was only 5-10 minutes in the shower, and by the time I went for my shower it was starting to reduce in temperature making me feel cold which on top of the room feeling cold as well wasn't great. Due to this I also didn't wash my hair. We were only there 2 nights so not a major issue.

Everything was great, really, the apartment has everything that you might need, the tea is super good quality, bed is super comfortable, interior is authentic and beautiful and really in the Heart of the City and very close to the Metro. In fact not noisy at least this time of the year as situated in a very small Street which is quiet they have two air conditions - for the cold and for the heating.

To be honest - beautiful windows that it's a crime to replace, but they are old and in Winter it might be really cold in the apartment... I was in March, it was fresh but okay, in January might be a problem.. maybe need some small adjustment to close better. also a small thing that I might add - it's small plates for the tea cups to keep the table cleaner. all the other is absolutely perfect

The code for the supply room was changed, could not access it to get paper and a towel. I had the old one because I was lucky to find the cleaning staff. Should have been sent via text.

The location is a great central location for exploring Milan. Room was clean and we were allowed to access our room earlier than our check-in time which was very helpful.

The rooms were a bit dated and due to the central location were a little bit noisy (we understand it can't be helped because of the location so not complaining) we were offered ear plugs for this as well. I wouldn't say any of this put us off though.

Excellent location. Spacious, stylish apartment, albeit with some dated aspects. Balcony with a view of the Duomo was an unexpected bonus. The apartment was clean and the air conditioning worked fine. Online check-in worked seamlessly. I made a small error with the reservation and this was sorted out via WhatsApp within 15 minutes of my texting.

As other reviews have mentioned, it's not a great option if you're delicate about your sleep. (I expected that and it didn't bother me.) The main gripe was that the water for the shower was warm, not hot.

The place is AMAZING! Super neat, great bathroom, great beds, huge rooms and windows! Just 3 blocks from the Duomo, so everything is around you! Easy to deal with the check in and great lockers if you need to check out and stay a little longer in the city before traveling again. Wish I could stay longer! It was incredible. Thank you so much!
