Location was great, close to shopping, the duomo and all the excitement. The room was as it was described, clean and comfortable.

When we arrived they tried to upsell us on a room with a jacuzzi for 50€ more a night, fine but when we said no he persisted. Other than that it was all good.

Our stay at Aparthotel Duomo made our time in Milan even better. The room was bright, clean, and the service was on top. The staff were friendly and made us feel right at home. A special thanks to Marco for his hospitality and professionalism. Definitely will come back!

I did not like the Jacuzzi in the room, I would prefer to use the space for something for useful especially that the room is missing more important things like a sofa and dresser.

We really enjoyed the stay. The location is superb, literally round the corner from the Duomo square, all the very downtown within walkable distances. The kitchenette was equipped with everything one needs, bed was very comfy and the ceiling shower was just brilliant. On top of that the reception was exceptionally friendly and always happy to assist. Once in Milan again, we will definitely choose this accommodation again!

Room was ready prior to check-in time so we did not need to drop our bags at reception but could directly access the room. Room met completely the pictures and our expecations.

Location is so central that you pick up some of the noise down in the street (buskers etc.). They stop reasonably early in the evening and with windows closed there is no noise.

Dario is a wonderful and accommodating manager. He is welcoming and friendly. The rooms a very big. Water pressure is excellent. Just around the corner from the Duomo so very convenient. Quiet at night to ensure a good night's sleep.

Reception is not 24 hours. Opens at 8.30am.

We were pleasantly surprised since our arrival. At the reception, we were greeted by a very kind and helpful gentleman who provided us with a beautiful and clean apartment overlooking the cathedral. It's an exclusive address in close proximity to the city center, yet the apartment is very quiet and fully equipped. I definitely recommend visiting this place, and when we come back to Milan next time, we know where to go. Thank you.

You realize not at the first glance.. but after a few hours and day that finally it's a great place and great hotel. Your room is clean EVERY DAY, independently on when you wake up ! No rush, by the staff, we've seen them only once in the hotel corridor and otherwise they clean when you're off. You get all little elements in place for your need. Just nearby the Duomo and walking place.
