The staff at The Corner Duomo were beyond accommodating. Polite and very informative, always ready to answer your questions with a smile. Must give a BIG shoutout to Federico who went above and beyond to accommodate our request. They were kind enough to upgrade our room and even honored the upgrade room when we extended our stay. The location is perfect, and close to all the sights, shopping and train station. If I was to visit Milan again, there would only be one option for my stay, The Corner Duomo Hotel. Once again, thank you Federico. Alla prossima

Great location, good facilities, clean at arrival

Nobody cleaned the room during my 2 days of accommodation, even though we had asked. We asked for to times for clean towels, nobody picked up the trash from the rom. The service must be better when you pay 500 € per day.

Our stay at Duomo Milan was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by the sheer size of our room—it was incredibly spacious, which is rare for a hotel in such a central location. One of the biggest highlights was the private sauna inside the room, which was such a great bonus and made our stay feel even more luxurious. It was the perfect way to relax after a long day of exploring Milan. The only slightly unusual aspect was the bathroom layout—there wasn’t a separate wall dividing the bathtub and shower, which felt a bit odd design-wise. However, this was a minor detail compared to how amazing the rest of the room was. Overall, the hotel delivered on comfort, luxury, and location. If you’re looking for a huge, well-appointed room right in the heart of Milan, Duomo Milan is a fantastic choice. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely return!

the location is perfectly in the center and parking is also convenient; the junior suite was fancy and it’s a bit like a theme place . The staff at the reception and in general was extremely friendly. We didn’t have breakfast but when i went to the rooftop for a coffee, which is free at the reception , they didn’t hesitate to bring free coffee to me and i felt everyone is very attentive

The rooftop was a disappointment as to my expectations and the rest of the stylish hotel. It’s nice for a breakfast but I wouldn’t go for a drink as the atmosphere is like in a cantine. Certainly not for a cocktail. For me the junior suite could have been more functional and the lights on / off - some didn’t work and for some it was just a total chaos until you found the right switch. The dryer was broken so I would suggest to check all the technical equipment and appliances. Also there was a huge half metre stripe of mold in the corner of the shower which is a no go for such a price level.

For a solo traveler, for 8 nights, I searched for a good and central location where I could feel safe and walk around easily, without having to take Uber all the time. At the same time, public transportation (BART and Muni) are very close by and make it very easy to move around also to a bit further locations, if you wish. The hotel has a vibe - it's not the most modern building, but room was extremely comfortable (bed was super comfortable! with a wide selection of comfortable pillows), everything functioned, it was clean and well kept. The staff was very kind, friendly and welcoming. They also offered free water and coffee in the lobby. You can hear the life outside in Union Square and in the lobby you can see and hear cable cars passing by. The hotel has a soul and makes you feel like you're in the true San Francisco. In fact, I had another hotel booked for some other days during my stay in the area, but I cancelled it and booked Chancellor again, as I liked it so much there.

It's very hard to bring out anything negative, but something to keep an eye on - the hotel doesn't offer daily housekeeping, so if you want your room to be organized/cleaned, then you need to request for it. Also, it was quite difficult to open the window in the room (probably due to the fact that the building is old), took me some time and effort, but I managed in the end. I stayed there end of September, and as the weather was still really warm and the room doesn't have AC, at one point it got really hot in the room. However for me it wasn't really a problem, as I'm not a fan of AC anyway. As a last thing, the TV wasn't working at all times, so I had to restart it couple of times on my own. But these are just very little details.

This hotel was so comfortable, quiet & close to Duomo, we really enjoyed our brief stay. We weren't able to be given two rooms on the same floor & the staff were so accomodating to us & gave us a complimentary upgrade so we could be closer to our children. We really appreciated the gesture and would return again just for this. It was a little funny to see the suite that we were upgraded to. The circular wall mounted swing was a funny talking point for our 14 year old son!

We couldn't get adjoining rooms but staff accommodated us with no hassle.

The room was very cute -- it had a chair that was like a swing. It's round bed was very innovative and the room had an artistic feel to it. It had a good location too, very close to the Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II and the Duomo, as well as the fashion district.

In terms of a growth opportunity, the hotel would be even more amazing if they allowed their hotel guests to have access to their cars 24 hours a day. We needed to check out at 7:30 a.m., but since we didn't have access to the car, we were not able to return our car rental on time and needed to take a taxi to the airport instead. In addition, we had to pay an extra fee on our car rental since we were not able to return it on time.

The hotel is in an excellent location of Duomo Square and many restaurants to choose from. The hotel room itself was super clean and modern. large king bed and soft bedding - excellent nights sleep. we were on the 5th floor - it was exceptionally quiet, no noise from other guests. Just what you need for a break away.

the air con in the room wasn’t that great. after trying to suss out why it wasn’t cool enough in the room, we spoke to reception on the last night as it was extremely hot that day - only to be told that the rooms temperature was at 19 degrees and you can’t hear the fan. I agree we couldn’t hear the fan - but it was not a pleasant 19 degrees at all. it was resolved in the end - which was nice for our last night there. The rooftop bar, lovely layout and very fresh, and modern - this was the coolest place in the hotel. the drinks are quite pricey, especially when there’s bars outside the hotel that offer much better value and choice.

The hotel was in a great location - super central. The room was big and spacious and I liked the vibe of the room. Nice bathroom with shower and separate toilet. There was a bath tub in the main living area which was a nice feature.

The reception is a very small weird space and for the price of the hotel it feels very low budget. Staff was okay but not very welcoming or warm - it just didn't feel upscale or luxury (also down to the interior design- cold!). The lifts were super slow - for the second lift you needed to use stairs which is not ideal with luggage. Our view was into an industrial looking courtyard and when the window was open it was loud from machinery/ac units.

The front desk and roof top restaurant staff were very helpful, professional and they paid attention to our needs. The private spa is big, very beautifully decorated and well organized with a big Jacuzzi tub, steam room and a spanish bath with big rain shower heads. The price point for the private spa is great for the 1 hour and 30 minutes booking time. The hotel is very well located, by walking it takes only about 4 minutes to La Scala theatre museum, about 7 minutes to the Duomo Cathedral, and about 15minutes to the Castello Sforzesco. There are plenty of great restaurants located near the hotel and salons for hair and nails are just a few minutes walk from the hotel.
