Great hotel.. I consider this hotel as one of the best in europe

We are regular guests to Grand Hotel et de Milan. we love the location, staff, and cleanliness of the rooms. ACs work perfect exactly like the ones we have back home in the UAE. The rooms are very spacious, usually with many windows and balcony. The staff are amazing, theyre so helpful and friendly. Housekeeping is the best, they clean the rooms twice even in the turn down service they clean the rooms and replace towels, tissues, etc.. 🌟 These things make us always come back to this hotel. 🌟

The only thing they can improve in is the breakfast options, there has to be more variety of food for international guests. However, room service food is really good!

The location , the building, the facilities, the window of the bathroom , bed linen .

I did not like at all the vanity goods , the smell was awful , I could not use the hand wash liquid , it smells so bad , you should change it , I had to buy a soap for me not to use the ones hotel offered . Also the brand of vanity items was very strange and not famous as The Leading Hotel member should offer high class vanity items. This is the only thing I want to complain about. Also I suggest to offer better quality chocolate with coffee in the lobby bar . It was not good .

Central location, few minutes from la scala and Milan cathedral. Old charm hotel. Had a regular room and terrace suite. Had breakfast on the terrace which was lovely and delivered fresh to the room. The staff on the front desk and concierge are exceptional. Incredibly welcoming, super friendly and knowledgeable. They really made the stay more enjoyable. Two great restaurants on site , and lovely bar with excellent bar staff also. Would 100% stay again. Thank you ☺️

Both restaurants provided excellent quality dishes, impeccable service, and an amazing atmosphere. I highly recommend visiting both of them! The housekeeping was outstanding! I requested an electric blanket for the bed, and it was already warmed up upon our arrival. I also noticed thoughtful tidying throughout our stay.

The booking/payment process was not smooth as I had to exchange multiple emails before our arrival.

The staff have no standard. They are polite. But useless. Mistakes in order room service. Internet issue from day one and they could not resolve it until I left they say they will get back and they don’t you call again and you need to start from scratch

everything was beyond our expectations! we loved the building, its very old but well renovated and clean. the staff were super friendly and very informative and always willing to help. the location was perfect, everything was nearby and just by a walking distance. the area was also safe we didn’t encounter anything unusual. we visited during june, so the weather was slightly hotter than usual, however the AC’s at the hotel was amazing and kept our room cool the whole day. whenever we were out, housekeeping cleaned our room and changed the towels/ added water/ etc.. would definitely come back 😍

I liked everything about the hotel. This building that was built in 1863 is captivating and the way they reserved its identity is amazing. The location is perfect, we could walk to the shopping area and the Duomo. And of course the great staff of the hotel who were so friendly, helpful and professional. The whole experience was amazing! Thank you Grand Hotel de Milan!

Everything was spectacular we have had the loveliest most luxurious stay, the rooms were amazing and very classical the area is Wonderful great for shopping and having a treat, it is also a very short walk away from the duomo and the galleria, the staff were very professional and very helpful
