Very easy to get to Apartment from Milano Centrale train station, then by Metro, M3 line to Montenapoleone stop. Also, one Metro stop from Duomo. Very nice room & bathroom with some extra amenities like coffee, biscuits, and shampoo. We had trouble connecting to Wi-fi at first & staff immediately sent someone to reboot network. Then it worked like a charm!

Room is in a very nice building across street from a Teatro, and near upscale shopping streets. The only drawback is that it was hard to find places to eat that were close by. Best to take Metro to Duomo area for food.

Very good location close by to everything, was mostly 10-15 min walks everywhere. The staff were lovely and let us leave our suitcases on our last day when we checked out. They even asked if we wanted a room clean half way through our stay which was really nice! Easily accessible entry!

The rooms are quite dated, that is my only critique, the bathroom could do with an update, the shower went hot to cold wouldn’t stay warm! But for the location it’s Really worth the money. The beds were okay but we booked a double bed and it was just 2 single beds pushed together.

Price was okay for Milan center - c£100/ night. Location was excellent right at the heart of the fashion district. Staff member that met us was friendly. Size of room was good. Aircon was exceptional and well needed - was 30deg+ every day. Felt safe behind basically 3 locked doors and a lift.

No other way of doing it with a serviced apartment but you have to make an appointment to get key. Took a few minutes to get from the street to the room. Decor was a bit OTT but clean enough. Probably the biggest negative was the bed... not comfy. :-/ Very firm mattress and very soft pillow. Maybe my personal preference though.

The location is fabulous. In Milan's fashion quarter. I've stayed here before and its good value for location; and the room has lovely decor. The staff are great.

It is what it is: arranging the key pick up time can be a little awkward. Bringing and collecting luggage from the office can take a little time. But these shouldn't be reasons not to take a room.

Very easy check in process and staff were very helpful even though no one on site… we didn’t have internet working in our room first two days but they had kindly provided us with a WiFi dongle which worked perfectly…

I was nervous about this being an apartment - I didn't know what to do with my bags in the morning. Yet, the man who gave us the keys and showed us round told us we could drop them into their office - only a short walk away from Brera. The bed was so comfortable. The room nice and big. Beautiful decor. Lovely shower.

I would have liked a balcony/terrace. But otherwise this was very good. It's only a small, inconsequential thing.

The room was beautiful and very good location only an 8 minute walk to the duomo and 5 minutes to the shopping plaza. Perfect accomodation and has everything you need!

Very hard to communicate with the staff/hosts. Each time you spoke to someone different. And we had to wait a little while before they arrived to check-in.

Excellent location in the fashion district and a short walk to anywhere important. Taxi rank outside for ease too. Charming room with unique and elegant interiors.

Comfortable room, in a beautiful building in the very centre of Milan. Very close to the main attractions. Teatro alla Scala, Galleria Vittorio Emanuele, Piazza Duomo, Palazzo Reale, Via Montenapoleone, Pinacoteca Brera are just in the neighbourhood.

Good place, nice staff.

Very bad sound insulation, you can hear your neighbors very well. Room really smal, not so much place for 2 suitcases.
