Reception staff is really the best, thank you do much. Comfortable beds. The room is small but nice

No Sound insulation at all! The room next to me had a toilet in 50 cm from my pillow.... Breakfast is to skip. A woman started to clean my chair with a face to vomit when I was getting up.

The hotel location was excellent and the quality of the staff - in particular the ever-helpful and professional reception staff - was outstanding. The choice at breakfast and the willingness of staff to assist guests was particularly impressive. We had dinner in the hotel on a couple of occasions and the food was of good quality and well-served.

We were in a classic room which was all that was available, It was comfortable, spotlessly clean and well-serviced, although somewhat small for any extended stay.

Location was fantastic. Staff of the reception were very knowledgeable and friendly. Room was very comfortable with an excellent bathroom., walk-in closet, and small work desk.

Room was a little bit small. But well worth it considering the location of the hotel and it’s excellent condition.

The hotel has a charming Milanese atmosphere. We love the decoration. All the staff are very kind and friendly. Our room was upgraded to a junior suite, which is a lovely surprise:) It also has a perfect location, we walked everywhere. The neighborhood is very nice and conveniently located near high-end stores. The room was very clean and neat, just like 5 5-star hotel room. We also love the marbles in the bathroom. The breakfast is above my expectations. Thank you so much for everything. It was very nice to meet you, the Hotel Manzoni personnel. We strongly recommend the Hotel Manzoni, and will stay there again next time.

recently stayed at a hotel conveniently located right next to Via Montenapoleone, and overall, it was a very pleasant experience. The location is undoubtedly one of the hotel's strongest points—perfect for shopping, dining, and exploring Milan's upscale fashion district. The hotel itself was very clean, with well-maintained rooms and common areas. The housekeeping team clearly takes pride in their work, and everything felt fresh and well-kept throughout my stay. The staff were generally excellent—friendly, helpful, and professional. From check-in to check-out, I felt welcomed and taken care of, and any questions or requests I had were handled efficiently. If I had to point out one area for improvement, it would be the value for money. While the experience was positive overall, the pricing felt a bit on the higher end compared to what was offered. For the location, this might be expected, but a few more amenities or small touches could help justify the cost more fully. All in all, a solid choice for anyone wanting to be in the heart of Milan, especially if proximity to Via Montenapoleone is a priority.

Excellent location. We were going to the Opera, so La Scala was only a few minutes walk. Right in the centre of the premium brands for shopping, if that's what you are looking for. The hotel staff could not have been more helpful and charming. They arranged the hotel taxi to take us back to the airport when roads were closed for a Marathon. It would have been impossible without their help. Breakfast was excellent and all freshly cooked. I enjoyed the very best cappuccino I have ever had. The room was fine, very quiet and the bed was supremely comfortable with real pillows and not the hard fibre ones. Bath was wonderful after a long day walking around. Fully recommend this hotel.

Nothing at all.

We were only there for 1 night however it was a beautiful little property nestled away in the heart of the fashion district. Very old fashioned, classical Italian decor. Nothing modern which may put off some people but was a huge appeal for us. Not a massive menu for dining but the quality of food and drinks was very good.

Was quite noisy at night. Not sure if it was the AC or external however there was an intermittent noise though-out the night. Also doesn’t have card keys and you have to carry around a physical key and an extremely heavy key ring/weight. Also the location although in the heart of the fashion district was extremely hard to find a restaurant other than a commercial chain

Location, location , location . I can’t say enough wonderful things about this hotel. From the hotel location and it being walkable to all the shopping, restaurants,close to the trains and even just a 14 min walk to the duomo Di Milano famous church. The price is a little high however well worth when you can just walk everywhere. The staff at the front desk were super nice and so welcoming. We were greeted as soon as we entered and didn’t have to even lift a finger with our luggage!! Room was also super clean and so nice very high class.I enjoyed my stay and would return again.

If I had to say anything the hotel could improve on is maybe offer a continental breakfast along with stay? Something small like toast, coffee, tea,fruits, muffin etc and any other bigger breakfast items such as omelet, pancake etc could be billed to the rooms. (Just an idea)

Second time we stayed at the hotel and it was a pleasure to see that it has maintained its great standard. Centrally located, excellent service by the hotel staff, classy rooms and common areas. The room very comfortable and quite albeit somewhat on the "compact" side. The bed very comfortable and the bathroom properly sized (although I would have preferred a shower over a bathtub with shower fitted).

Nothing negative to report. A slightly larger room would be great but then again it is what it is. The decoration is probably somewhat dated but does look bad as it is very classy.
