It was a 5 min walk to the Duomo, the metro was right outside door. Shops and restaurants in walking distance. Perfect location.

The property was clean, very nice and quaint . I booked a room for myself and my brother. Room was a bit small 2 twin beds and a just bathroom. It did have tea and coffee pot and small fridge. The TV didn’t work that great. Cable kept the channels from coming in and only a few worked. Elevator to rooms was nice didn’t have to carry bags up steps. In front of the hotel was coffee shop and small restaurant where you can eat or get an espresso. Very nice. I loved the stay. I would definitely recommend this place

The staff was very nice and it was super well located! Right next to the Duomo and lots of activity as well as a metro to get your anywhere else in Milan should you want to venture out. Also, as an FYI, the staff is extremely responsive via WhatsApp, but the lobby is really non-existent in is such that there is no staff after 4:30 in the evening or before 10 AM on the weekends. This was not a problem per se for us, but if you need to call the front desk for any help, it’s more of a WhatsApp message between you and someone who is not on site but extremely helpful, and will do whatever they can to accommodate you

Things that the staff can’t control but should be thought about, if you don’t like activity this is not a hotel for you. It is right on a large square with live music on weekend evenings and a well lit billboard. All normal to the activity, but could cause for sleep issues for those who don’t sleep easily.

The location was absolutely perfect - right next to the San Babila metro station. This made it very easy to get to any part of the city. It is also next to many lovely shops and a short walk to Duomo. The room was lovely (including shutters that put the whole room in complete darkness when needed!). And the marble bathroom was stunning. There were great views from our windows of the piazza san babila. The lady that checked us in and out was really friendly and helpful. She printed us off a metro map to help us find our way around. She really couldn’t do enough for us to help us have a great stay. I would 100% recommend this property and would stay here again if we were to return to Milan.

Exceptional location in the heart of Milano, could not be better to walk to major attractions (Duomo, Galerias, etc) and with a subway station on the door. Nice building, simple rooms but clean and with the essential comfort. There are plenty of car parks nearby at a reasonable fare. Attentive staff, easy to communicate with by sms.

Little attention to details. (Bed linen were upside down; no shower gel in the wc but a lot of bodycream instead, hand shower tube with a broken clamp, spreading water all over; hot water availability intervals are much more than 20 minutes, which is challenging for more than 1 person to have a shower)

The thing we liked most about the property was that it was spotlessly clean. Therefore it makes it so comfy to stay there. On top of that, it is right in the centre of Milan. Just 5 minutes walk to reach Duomo Plaza. Very strategic place for shopaholics. Also, the host (Anna) handled us very well, no questions unanswered, no request were ignored. Bery professional and a pleasant to deal with. Loved the stay so much. Next time we're in Milan, this would be the first place in mind!

Almost nothing but maybe the price could be lower. Though we understand why it is slightly high. Location is great!

The location of this hotel is amazing, so central. I was travelling with my mother so walking to and from the centre with her it was ideal & very safe. Also we did a few day trips & the metro is right beside the entrance so we had no trouble moving about. The room itself was great, plenty of space and very clean. We only had time for breakfast one morning which was great and quick as we had jam packed our trip.

Nothing everything was perfect

the staff were all so amazing and friendly, it’s clean and serviced daily are available for any queries straight away and very responsive

there was nothing bad about this property, it can be a bit loud because of the location being right in the middle of Sam Babila square but they provide ear plugs so it’s not a big issue

The location was excellent, also liked the self service experience which was well organized , had all the info required to access the facility.

Although the room was booked for two, the breakfast vouchers provided for the coffee shop downstairs , were valid just for one person.

Nice room with refrigerator, coffee maker and hot pot. Great location.

Not aware that there would be no one at reception all day. We had only one comforter for two beds, discovered this at 6 p.m. Had to Whats App to communicate because no one was on-site. Told would get comforter at 9:30 next morning. Description needs to make clear that this is a room rental and not a hotel.

Pleasant location and received the correct information from the landlord in a timely manner.

Breakfast was not possible last Sunday at the designated tent. The sealant edge at the shower can be replaced, it is quite dirty.
