Communications. The messaging was confusing about whether to collect at their offices or at the property. I was flying in from UK and my partner was already in Milan. We wanted to collect the keys before she met me at the Airport before a strict 15:00 access to the property. Eventually the online process was fine as they eventually messaged us how to get into the property by sending the access code for the key box on the wall. It would not suit anyone who was unfamiliar with online Apps. THE MAJOR PROBLEM IN THE APPARTMENT WAS THAT THE TOILET CONTINUALLY FLUSHED. THE ONLY WAY TO STOP IT WAS TO TURN OFF THE MAIN WATER TAP.

Nicely clean and very comfortable stay, with a great bed and perfect location—just steps from major attractions, shopping streets, and restaurants. Highly recommended.

>> Enrie/Linda << The location of condo building is great, at the center of the shopping area, also being just a block from the Duomo & Vittorio Emmanuele II. Near restaurants and Metro station. Busy during the day but quiet after dark. Newish building but I love that they maintained the old/antique style elevator. The building entrance as well as the apartment entrance are both secure. Presence of building personnel/concierge during the day, if you need assistance. The apartment itself is nice and clean. The room is adequate in size adorned with great paintings and with large windows with great view of the street. Aircon & TV and stove, microwave oven, cooking and eating utensils. Shower stall with rainfall mode shower head Spacious clothe cabinets with iron & board. Vacuum cleaner you can use to flatten vacuum storage bags. Consistently available & reliable free Wifi. Outlets near both sides of the bed. Most ideal for travellers who plan to stay for days or weeks. I would stay here again as well as recommend to family & friends when visiting Milan.

The inside door handle is loose and easily falls off.

The location was unbeatable. Enough natural light. Different towels size to use.

Not being able to have access to the Internet. I tried so many times to connect my phone but it would be impossible. So I tried to reset the modem but nothing would work. The problem not having an Italian number I had to pay extra money and not being able to search on google just being able to use my apps. Also the fact that the quantity of given shower gel was ridiculous so after the first night I was forced to buy a shower gel.

The location was central to everything.

The air conditioner wasn't working and when I contacted Italian Way Apartments, no one responded.
