Close to the Australian Consulate (where I needed to be) and close walking distance to Metro station. 4th floor with an elevator, so that was great. Nice, clean simple modern decor. Good restaurant in the same street. Small kitchenette would be good to heat up food if required (I didn't end up using it, but it's handy to have). I even had a little balcony. The check-in staff was excellent and very friendly. I got this at last minute for a reduced rate, so I found it good value. I don't think I'd return for the full advertised price though. I would happily pay what I paid if/when I return to Milan.

I don't think the TV was a smart one because I couldn't get Netflix (maybe I'm not the smart one - haha). The room was very compact which was okay for 1 but maybe a bit tight for 2. There was a step from the kitchenette to the bedroom, which was an issue when going to the toilet in the middle of the night.

The property was excellent, very clean, very comfortable. The location was fantastic, right around the corner from San babila and the duomo which is the best place to orientate yourself. We were going to San Siro to see inter play - great location as we could get straight into the M1 metro line at San babila to change at Lotto for the M5 line to San siro. The staff were fantastic, extremely helpful. The shower was also great. We also loved the old fashioned lift.

No issues with anything at the property

The location is excellent, the room was lovely and had a small kitchen area. It even had a small balcony over looking an inside garden area. The lighting within the room was excellent. The location is excellent and I have saved the address to give to friends and family who having seen our photos are now considering going to Milan. Highly recommend.

I asked if there was a twin bed room we could move to but it was fully booked. This is not a criticism, just unfortunate for us. We still loved the room and everything within it. Just a suggestion: Only one set of keys were given. It might be helpful to give two as at one point I lost mine within my handbag. During the evening no one is on reception and I'm not sure how you would get in if you lost your keys.

Excellent central location, beautiful spacious bathroom, large windows and very clean facilities. Front desk associate was extremely pleasant and accommodating even late in the evening upon our arrival.

Parking down the street in a public garage was a bit frustrating as all the roadwork made it difficult to navigate. I believe parking was advertised as part of the amenities so this was an unwelcome surprise. Also, we had to leave very early in the morning and were advised to leave our keys on the desk before departure - when we got downstairs with all our luggage, we learned that we still needed the key to unlock the main doors. This could have been communicated. Otherwise excellent!

Short walk to the Duomo. Traditional Milanese studio apartment. Warm, hot water, small kitchen area - to be honest you”ll only be reheating pasta or pizza you couldnt finish when eating out. Could have had had daily room cleaning, fresh toiletries / towels. Coffee machine with pods, plus some free water. There was a TV but we didnt use.

Cant really think of anything - apart from no hot water / heating on the last morning due to plumbing repairs but it didnt really affect us

Access with older lift a little fiddly with lots of luggage but manageable Didn’t know about discounted parking until we arrived (and we’d already pre-booked) It seemed expensive at 500 Euros per night although we could not find many apartments with this proximity

We had a wonderful one night stay at this hotel! The location is perfect, making it easy to explore the city and access public transport. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The room was spotless and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. I especially appreciated the fully equipped kitchen and bathroom, which had all the amenities needed for a hassle-free stay. Another great feature is that you can leave your baggage after check-out.

Nothing to dislike.

Durini Aparthotel is in the design district of Milan, a five minute walk from the Duomo and the Metro. The location could not be better! The hotel occupies the fourth floor of an apartment building with a lift. The staff are very friendly and informative. The room was larger than we were expecting, comprising a Super King bed with Tempur mattress and pillows. The bathroom had a shower and a spa bath. And we had a kitchenette which was really useful during our stay. The balcony topped off a very comfortable bedroom.

Very clean and very well equipped spacious one-bedroom apartment 10 min walk from Duomo.

The property does not offer the service of submitting the car plates to the city in order to avoid penalties for entering the city center. The purchase and activation of the ticket is very tricky if you do not read in Italian and a lot of clients traveling by car do not know about this ticket at all.

I really liked the location and the size of the room. Hydrojet bathtub was a plus! The personnel was very polite. Although they do not have breakfasts, there is a cafe/sandwich place nearby which makes the best breakfasts (the croissants!) and coffee.

The elevator in the building is quite retro and looks as if it will break down. Didn't happen to me, but I was worried. Also, the balcony could use a little table or a chair.
