The location of the hotel was outstanding, immediately above the shopping area and only 5 minutes walking distance to the Duomo area. The apartment was clean, modern, spacious and the pantry was well equipped with all essential utensils. The reception desk staff were very friendly and helpful.

I had booked a 2 bedroom apartment for 3 people but the confirmation erroneously mentioned that the booking was for one person. So on arrival, there was a hassle with the apartment owners whereby they refused to hand me the keys and requested that I pay for the additional 2 members although I had already paid the price for 3 people when I had done the booking. However, this was sorted out and I did not pay any extra charges.

The apartment was spacious, comfortable ,attractive and brilliantly located. Near both Duomo and San Babila stations. For such a central location it was also incredibly quiet. The TV had Netflix and Prime - both much appreciated.

We could have done with slightly better instructions on how to find the apartment. It would also have been useful to have directions to the nearest supermarkets as the apartment supplied only water, Nespresso capsules, two tea bags and some sugar. The Metro map supplied was out of date and didn't include the incredibly useful new line M4, which goes from San Babila directly to Linate airport in less than 20 minutes. Now we know these things, we would definitely choose to stay here next time we're in Milan.

The location was very convenient, very close to San Babila metro station, the shopping street and the Doumo.The staff were very helpful to greet us and help to store the luggage inside the room while it was being cleaned, as we had arrived earlier than the check-in time. The apartment was very well equipped and spacious and clean and very quiet as well.

Nothing major, only slight hiccup in the beginning with the mechanised blinds not fully working, but the staff did very well to get them fixed in quick time.

First off: great location. About 8-10 mins walk to the Duomo, but feels like a little neighbourhood. Not noisy and not crowded, but easy to access restaurants, tourist attractions and public transport. The apartment itself was lovely. We were a bit surprised that the bed itself was a fold out, but it was very comfortable, so no issues. Having a kitchen with pantry and full-sized fridge was fabulous. We didn’t have a toaster but just asked the staff for one and they brought it up while we were out. The staff were sensational. We arrived in early and even though you aren’t supposed to store bags in the complex, they allowed us to.

The shower didn’t have any kind of caddy for shampoo etc, but that is a very, very minor thing.

My second stay which was even better than before. The apartment is very well maintained, in a secure building in the center of all center of Milan. Building is new, in Milan standard and so does the inside. Just a fantastic place to spend time in.

There is no place to leave the suitcases if you happen to arrive before check-in time or need to leave it after check out. However using Bounce.com app you can find an alternative place for that, 1 min walk.

Location, location, location! Pure Perfection! The room was well sized for 2. It had a washing machine, kitchen, great sized shower etc and was located in the heart of Milan’s shopping district, within walking distance to absolutely everything including organised tours in/out of Milan by foot. The metro was within 500m and the closest line only around the corner. We would highly recommend it and will definately come back to it!

Would’ve been a 10/10 if there was housekeeping attending to it for long stays eg to replenish toilet paper etc

The perfect place to stay while visiting Milano from all prospective. I come to milan often and tried many places around the area but this place has summed it all from me , Location, cleanness, view, spacious, modern, professional staff , and more. Parking is very close cost 40€ per day however this is the situation in general around Doumo area if you have a car. Another close parking piazza meda parking cost €35. Both are very close I stayed twice so far and it’s my official place to be if I am coming to milan again with family or solo or with friends. Highly recommended

Clean, modern, perfect location, well equipped. Excellent quality.

I liked the apartment very much, it’s excellent. The only concern - noise during the night (cafe moving the chairs at night, garbage collection is long and very noisy at night and early in the morning even in weekends). Not possible to sleep with open windows. However, this is another side of the coin - central location. I really liked the apartment and will book it next time.
