It was little too old. I wouldn’t stay again.

Breakfast included was excellent. Kudos to Bondi manning the coffee. Loved his personality and SMILE even though I could not understand Italian.

Another couple in our party had someone else check in and take their (actual) reservation. Staff could not explain how that happened when a passport and credit card was needed to check in. Ordeal took at least a half hour wait for them to sort thru it and they ended up in a room with 2 twins pushed together rather than a premium King. And no apology.

Location and service of a special dedicated person Eleonora who was extremely cooperative in every possible way - she pleasure to see her every morning on which is supported the family in answering all of our questions - made our stay in Milan memorable- she is genuine and works with passion and dedication. I have never seen any one like her in my life who loves to support and help and crave to make every body happy. She is the reason that made the trip of Milan to our family worth while.

Swiming pool area too small and full all the time

The location of this hotel is fantastic! Minutes walk from The Duomo, shops and restaurants and the underground. The hotel is lovely, our room was very clean and well equipped.

Although the hotel was set back in a quieter location it is opposite a car park/ restaurants and it can get very noisy of an evening. The room was very hot and the air conditioning didn’t work so having a window open meant lots of noise. Would also have been nice to have tea/ coffee facilities in the room.

Overall, the hotel was great! The best two things were the location and the customer service/staff; they were great and nice to the visitors. In my opinion, these two are the most important things to have in a hotel.

Unfortunately, the rooms were very normal compared to the amount we paid. They were clean, but there were insects, unfortunately. Additionally, the breakfast was not delightful enough, and every day it was the same during our week-long stay. The bedding blankets weren’t comfortable, but the bed itself was comfortable, to be fair. One elevator was not working well (the second one), and it was scary.

This is the second time that I have stayed at this hotel. Great location, close to the Duomo. We were on the 4th floor at the front of the hotel (overlooking the street, bars and restaurants) and it was very quiet. Friendly, helpful staff Good breakfast buffet selection

The shower leaked and we had water on the bathroom floor and into the hallway of the room. We asked housekeeping for some extra bat mats, which they provided. So we were able to remedy the problem.

Perfect location in the center of Milano, yet quiet . Public transportation very close. Many good restaurants around . Excellent breakfast . Service outstanding at every level : room, front desk, bar, restaurant. All personnel very professional and friendly. We are from Milano , we go back periodically, and we found our hotel of choice.

There was nothing that we did not like. Even with renovations ongoing our stay was very pleasant .

I was refused breakfast on arrival early 9.30 am but understand breakfast are for the other days following but I departed the hotel 3 days later at 6am so I did not have breakfast on my departure day. I thought they could have been understanding but it’s ok.

Nice property with excellent staff from the front desk to the restaurant.

We checked out on January 1 and the restaurant was not open for breakfast. We were not informed of this upon check in and we were quite disappointed. At check in we weee informed that breakfast was served from 7-10. While that was the case on the first day, it certainly wasn’t on the second day when we were ready for breakfast at 730. This is just a note for the property to improve. Thank you.

Location was excellent, right next to the Duomo (Cathedral) and Galleria Vittorio Emanuele (shopping centre). The rooftop pool is amazing to relax after exploring. Only small, but beautiful, with views over to the Duomo. Hotel rooms are comfortable, staff are really friendly, and the bar area is nice. Breakfast is included, and has a good choice. For a 4star hotel, this is perfect in the heart of the city. Would definitely stay again.

The only recommendation would be to have a bar, or drinks/food available at the rooftop pool area.
