The stay was exceptional. I especially appreciated the variety of the breakfast buffet—a great selection of high-quality options that suited every taste. The hotel’s elegant design, attention to detail, and professional service all added to a memorable experience. Its central location made it easy to explore Milan’s top spots.

Like many new hotels, the bathroom includes a handheld bidet sprayer, which is more hygienic and convenient in my opinion—but that’s a personal preference others may not mind.

We had a level 1 room that was sewerage smell and next to the lift and service door we had to complained and they changed is to another room same floor with the price per room you pay that room should Be cancel Only one restaurant that is open to the public if you want a drink they do not give you a table we had to beg The gym and spa was not open even though it said open in Nov Dec

Location and hotel concept.

Considering that it is a 5-star hotel, it is unacceptable that they gave us a room in which the heating does not work, in December when the temperature outside was only 1 degree and instead of moving us to another room, they convinced us otherwise until midnight. First, how can it happen that there is no heating in the room in a 5 star hotel? Secondly, how could it happen that “no one knows about it” thirdly, how could that room be allowed to be given to guests, and fourthly, how did they allow to convince the guests otherwise when they have already established a mistake?

Location, service and food

Very expensive for a small room & the hotel is building is divided into 4 sections. Therefore, you have to know the way to your room.

Staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The room was spacious, clean, and excellently designed. Great drinks at the hotel bar as well. Hotel courtyard was so tranquil. We loved the location — close to duomo and shopping. Can’t recommend enough!

Portrait Milano is amazing. Nestled in its own enclosed area amid the super busy city is truly a haven. Not a single detail was omitted so it is worth every penny. Their breakfast is the best ever in that category of hotels. We just wish we could have stayed longer. We will definitely return on our next Milano stop.
