I think the hosts were accommodating, we booked last minute and managed to get some where close to where we booked from.

The photos advertised didnt match the apartment….. in the slightest. I’m not saying the apartment was particularly bad, (it was very dark), but it just looked nothing like the images displayed on booking.com Had the photos been accurate of the actual apartment I maybe would have continued to look at other options. The lift was very small which wasn’t the owners fault. I don’t feel that it represented good value for money with the misleading images sadly. The group does hold 85+ apartments around Milan so be sure the one you see is going to be the one you actually book.

The reason I booked the apartment was its proximity to La Scala. And it certainly delivered on that. The apartment was very clean, and had everything that I needed. Communication with the host was excellent.

I did not expect the apartment to be so small. Looking back at the listing, I see the photos are not of the actual apartment where I stayed. I would like to see separate listings of the actual apartment where I will be staying.

Our stay at Milan Royal Suites was excellent from start to finish. We were warmly welcomed by a staff member who gave us a personal tour of the apartment and provided a detailed explanation of how everything worked, which we really appreciated. They also shared helpful tips about the neighborhood, including where to find nearby supermarkets and popular local attractions, which made exploring Milan much easier. Their friendliness and professionalism made a great first impression. The apartment was very clean, spacious, and perfectly suited for our family of six. On top of that, we were pleasantly surprised to receive cleaning service on the third day of our stay a thoughtful touch that made our experience even more comfortable. The location is fantastic central, convenient, and close to everything we needed. The apartment was fully equipped and had all the essentials for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. We would definitely return on our next visit to Milan.

The elevator was too old and small

Really responsive and friendly hosts, good location, very clean and the beds were very comfortable. Location also very secure. About 7 minute walk to the nearest metro station so easy to get around Milan once you get your bearings. Hosts were great and responded to queries quickly.

Just minor.niggles as a group of 6 women only one hairdryer between us and no where to dry hair except bathroom which other people needed to use. A full length mirror would be great and maybe a dressing table or shelf somewhere near a socket! Also feel the location of the apartment wasn't clear when booked through booking.com. They have various places in parts of city and we thought it was somewhere else so worth checking that properly when booking.

Goodnlocation, comfy beds, equipped kitchen When we experienced troubles with getting into the appartment the emergency number picked up at 1 am and supported us. Appartment was cleaned up during our stay. There is a dishwasher and washing machine in the apartment.

Windows do not close properly so it was very noisy inside, luckily they provide ear plugs, otherwise I would not sleep. The appartment is not where pin is located on the map, we received the adress afrerwards via whatsapp. In order to get into the appartment I had to send via whatsapp pictures of our IDs and pay city tax online, otherwise late checkin is 20€.

Very cosy and modern apartment, excellent location, the flat service was excellent, there is lift in the building which made it very easy for us, I do appreciate their way of communicating with us it was very respectful and helpful , moreover, they were so supportive and we kept our luggage with them in the office for days without any extra cost. The location in the center of all services, around 10 minutes walk away from the Duomo. Around 15 minutes away from the subway ( walking) there were couple of restaurants with halal food around.

Only morning outside noise 🫣

We liked the balcony, to be able to sit outside at night also having fridge made life easier for cold drinks. Wifi and AC system excellent, coffee machine means you can have your coffee in the morning. Company staff always on WhatsApp, communication was excellent, helpful if you need it. Checkout 11am but you can leave your cases in their offices, in our case we walked 15 munities from our location to drop them of, but its few miles out of town centre, so you need to come back for them.

Bedroom is tiny for a Penthouse apartment as it was difficult to move around. TV had no English options only Italian. It was way too expensive than getting a suit in a hotel but because Taylor swift were in town, everyone increased the prices a LOT. Double check the location / amenities before booking the room with the company because you may think you booked the city centre, you may end up couple miles out like we were. They have few locations under one booking. It’s my fault not to check the address after booking confirmation received. If you like sleeping in in the morning then think again as there is a building work next door, they are literally building apartment blocks.

Clean, big space, comfort, great air conditioning, refrigerate is cold enough to and can make ice.

I wish host can give me the direction ahead of time. I spent more than an hour to find the place. The name is not listed outside of the gate. Can’t find direction to get there. When trying to navigate by name, it located different place. Need to be more clear. So confusing. We have to walk back and fort in the heat. So lost and disappointed

Excellent location – just a short walk to the Duomo Cathedral and very close to the metro station. The apartment was clean and well-equipped, with efficient air conditioning and smart TVs in every room. We really appreciated having a washing machine, dishwasher, iron, and coffee maker available. Communication with the apartment manager was smooth and helpful. A big plus was the option to leave our luggage after check-out – very convenient!

We are a group of 5 ppl and the apartment we booked was so comfortable and great value. The location is also great but you can check in advance what location you are going to book because there are a few different locations.

Nothing to dislike. But just a suggestion for those who have a lot of luggages, you probably need to make sure which metro you are going to use and whether there is escalator or lift in the nearest station, that’s all.
