Wonderful hotel. Great location—fairly close to the city center with public transport nearby. The reception operates 24 hours, which is important if you arrive on a late flight. Friendly staff who work efficiently. You can borrow a kettle or an iron from the reception and leave your luggage after check-out. The room has a mini-fridge. The area is very quiet, which is not a given in Milan. We slept very well, and you can comfortably sleep with the window open. The hotel itself was quiet too—we barely heard other guests. No complaints about cleanliness; the room was cleaned daily. Overall, I can recommend this hotel.

The room gets warm quickly, but this can generally be solved by opening the window. A bit cramped—if you’re used to doing morning exercises or yoga, you might find the space insufficient. The renovation is decent, though it could use a slight refresh. It would also be nice to have a kettle and cups included as standard room amenities. Not essential, but a complimentary bottle of water upon arrival, as practiced in other hotels, would be a nice touch. There were very few power outlets—one was used by the mini-fridge, and the other by the kettle, which the reception kindly provided. This creates some inconvenience when charging two mobile phones at the same time, for example.

Clean and quiet. Very decent accommodation in a great area, felt very safe even coming back to the hotel later in the evening. The hotel is very well connected to the city with quick bus links to the central station, yet in a quiet residential area without the tourist crowds.The highlight was the staff- the lovely girl at reception helped me with many queries and advised on my travels, as it was my first time in Italy. Overall great experience and would specifically recommend to solo travellers! Booked a single room and got a three person room which was a nice surprise- room was spacious!

The shutters on the window would not open, which made the whole room quite dark. The decor could be cosier, but for the price, cannot complain- all the necessities were there.

Really convenient for transport- close to 2 metro stations that are directly on the Linate airport line. Direct tram route to central station. Good amount of space in room, spacious shower, mini fridge. Decent soundproofing and blackout so had good sleep.

I was sent information in advance about the nearest tram/metro stop but no directions where to go afterwards and would have been helpful to have the detail on working the intercom/entry system. That information is posted in reception along with a picture, which isn't much help as have to get into the building to get to reception!!

Good location. Just couple of kilometers straight from Milano Centrale. Around is good market for everything Aumai and good coctail bar Lord, from where I actually got pizza and coke about 1.30 a.m. Hotel is very clean, thanks for amazing staff, who is actually cleaning every day. Breakfast was normal for me, slices bread and cheese and meat, eggs and a lot of cakes and cookis, yogurt and cornflakes. And kind young man in reception is perfectly English-speaking and giving good advices for places to visit.

Very conveniently located, a few steps from a metro line which brings you into the centre in a few minutes. Good sized room with all the needed amenities. The staff were friendly and A/C was available in the room.

The walls and doors are thin, so you hear people talking and taking showers, flushing toilets. So I highly recommend bringing earplugs.

It’s in a really good neighbourhood, close to the metro and bus station, lovely staff, comfortable bed. Perfect if you just want to find a place where you just need to sleep after sightseeing the whole day. The building itself really beautiful the rooms are average looking. But for the price is really perfect

The property has good location, not central but still really good one. Building is also good, room is ok, staff good. They did let me to check in earlier without any extra cost.

The room is too small, and also shower cabin is too small, not comfortable.

Easy access and neat and clean room facilities. The facility looks relatively new or recently remodeled. Very good value for the money.

The space is a little tight, especially the shower stall. The vending machines only accept cash and do not accept credit cards or mobile payments.

The hotel is on a lovely street not far from the Dateo metro stop. Lovely room with a small balcony. Comfortable bed and clean bathroom. Good WiFi. The staff is amazing and friendly. I would love to stay here again.
