good location, right in the heart of ortisei. Plenty of restaurants around, there's a supermarket right across the street provide parking if you need one. Once you book, they have dedicated parking spot with your name on it spacious room, decent amenities, you get silverware, coffee maker, microwave. no stove.

it's an apartment, so there's no restaurant, no breakfast no daily cleaning, need to pay separately if you need one. Consider if you stay multiple days i got the 2nd building with very small elevator. If you bring many things, might need multiple trips to ferry them

Clean place, close to the Metro station, few station from Duomo, we’ve received a room with a big terasse, i love that! Not big variety but good breakfast.

The staff were excellent! So helpful. Arrived a little early and had walk (30mins) to get there, our room wasn’t quite ready so they change to a room that was ready so we could go into straight away and freshen up!! Amazing! The staff also so helpful with where best to visit and how to get/use the metro as we were only there for a day trip. Room was comfortable and clean with a cute little balcony.

The ONLY thing we thought needs a bit of an adjustment was the sign to the hotel was too small - it’s a tiny little plaque on the wall outside a big gate so really not very obvious, but only a minor aspect in the grand scheme of things.

The property was nice. A few bits needed repaired, like the area of flooring missing around the radiator. How ever the room was clean and nice. Bed was comfortable and was well located. 30 min walk to the QC Terme spa. 30 walk to Milan central. Good transport links to everywhere that were easy to work out and navigate. Some lovely places to eat/ drink surrounding hotel.

Couldn’t figure out how to open the window screen. Room felt a bit dark. The staff were lovely. However, when we asked the girl at the front desk if she knew of somewhere we could order food/ pizza from we got a simple no. No suggestion/ recommendation. I felt I was interrupting her social media time.

Staff were very friendly and helpful, provided us with maps and information on how to get around the city. Location was ideal, short trip into duomo and other key areas of the city, location was safe and quiet with nearby restaurants, supermarkets and bars. Room was very clean, and made up everyday, good facilities, didn’t have any issues with the room but was basic which suited us for a short stay.

Only things to mention would be the bed, not the most comfortable but were provided with extra blankets and pillows upon request. Additionally you could hear everything going on around the room, however we spend most days out so wasn’t overly a concern.

You beed to close the elevator so others can use it if someone didn’t close it then it will stay at the same floor until someone close it so u can use it! The main gate you should bush it strongly to opening it when they press the button and you hear the sound When you get the key and told you where is your room they don’t tell you that there is a main door that you should open it regularly without key then there is another main door that you also should open it without key to get your room, i felt like stupid in this hotel

I loved the location, perfect to get away from all the hustle but close enough to explore the wonderful sights of Milan. The staff were incredibly welcoming and made you feel right at home, I never caught the guys name who I checked in with in the early hours but he was incredibly helpful and greeted you with a smile. The daytime staff was just as nice and the housekeeping staff was very attentive and made sure everything was clean and refreshed everyday. Truly an enjoyable experience for my first ever solo trip. I wouldn’t say I didn’t like anything my only critique is the single rooms are quite small but when your only there to sleep it’s completely perfect and I can get a little confusing as to which hotel is which as there is a few in the same building but I do believe they are ran by the same people.

Comfortable bed, huge bathroom, very clean.

The WiFi wasn't amazing, would have been better to have tea/coffee making facilities in the room instead of having to buy them at reception.

Value for money. We got a bigger room than we booked with two double beds . Thank you so much for that. Everything were clean and comfortable. It is not located central in Milano but it has metro and busses nearby. It is really easy to be in center from there. I do recommend it if you are easy going and you just need to use the room for sleep.

In the night time we did not had heat. The AC was used only for cold air. So it was a little bit cool in the room but I guess it is more about body temperature.

Very nice hotel with friendly staff and super clean rooms. The room amenities were excellent, and cleaning was done daily. A small refrigerator in the room was very convenient, and the room also had a nice balcony. The location was great—though not very close to the Duomo (about a 30-minute walk), it was in a quiet area with a nearby market, bus, and metro stations. Overall, a fantastic experience. 10/10!
