Rooms are clean, staff is great. We liked the breakfast - no many options, but quite enough and the freshly squeezed orange juice is perfect to start the morning. Great park just in front of the hotel where you can go running in the mornings.

Overall a good hotel to stay for a couple of days, but I guess it would start intimidating if we stayed a bit long, cause the rooms and the Hotel itself are small.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff are incredibly kind and helpful, from the front office desk ( the manager / the young guy / all the women.. ) to the breakfast team ( Yolanda and the old men ) . Everyone made me feel so welcomed and comfortable. The hotel is very clean and conveniently located near public transportation. When my flight got canceled at midnight, they welcomed me back without hesitation, very late at night. This hotel truly goes above and beyond—highly recommended! Can't wait to visit again. Go for it guys! this is the one!

First of all, I would like to emphasize the absolutely excellent, helpful and pleasant staff of the hotel. None of our requests were a problem. We were accommodated with our 1.5-year-old child and a cot and high chair were provided, everyone was very kind and attentive to our daughter. The hotel is clean, our room was smaller but fully equipped, we didn't miss anything. The breakfast was very tasty. If we ever return to Milan, we will definitely choose this hotel again.

This is small hotel. The room is also was small. We stay in the hotel 3 people and it was hard for three of us to be in the room together. The bathroom with toilet also small with small shower cabine. The breakfast was as as buffet - not bad at all. Staff is very friendly. Car parging near to the hotel for 20 euro per day. Location of the hotel about 20 min. way by metro. The metro station about 200 meters from the hotel.

The staff very polite and helping us with anything we needed. The hotel is family friendly the cot was perfect for our baby and in front of the hotel there is a really nice park with playground. Breakfast included multiple options, for us and for the kid (and they had highchair). Everything was very clean.

The hotel is a bit outdated, they have moquette on the floor and might need to be refreshed a bit

Very friendly staff, good sense of welcome. Reasonably priced for Milan. Good value. Clean room, with water provided free of charge. Adequate breakfast, good variety to choose from.

Small space at breakfast time, very close to other diners, WiFi didn't connect for us, location quite a distance from centre - bus 54 is meant to take you to centre area, we wished to get to Central train station to buy ticket for hop on hop off bus but had to get off at a stop and get a no 60. No 60 was slow to arrive so we got a taxi eventually. Taxi from Central train station to Susa hotel costs €12 which is OK.

Thoughtful hotel, small touches like hooks in the bathroom, a shelf, a stool and emergency cord in the shower. Tea and coffee making in the room, free water in the room. Exceptionally clean every where. Breakfast room was small, but a very good choice of food. Staff were very helpful.
