Excellent staff, the man in the reception was very nice and hospitable. When we arrived he gave a complimentary bottle of wine to us and then showed us to our rooms and how to get in and out of the accommodation. The rooms were nice, the one on the first floor had a lovely balcony but was smaller in size. The room on the top floor was bigger but there was no balcony, only a ceiling window. Beds were nice and soft. Clean rooms and towels were provided. Good location with the tram being only a short 5 minute walk from the hotel.

There was no hot water in the shower. No elevator to the 3rd floor. Otherwise there was nothing bad about this accommodation.

Very stylish, modern and comfortable apartment. In very quiet area. Great shower, comfortable bed, perfectly working air conditioning, big screen smart TV, mini fridge. Also great location - only 10 min. walk from metro station, close to a Bennet supermarket. Friendly and helpful reception staff. Possible parking at hotels's private parking area.

Only one small and totally fixable disadvantage - bad noise isolation to the corridor.

I had an amazing experience staying at Hotel RossoVino! From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. The room was spotless, stylish, and very comfortable — everything was exactly as described, if not better. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend Hotel RossoVino to anyone looking for a relaxing stay while being in Milano.

Comfy beds, nice room and good heating. Staff is really friendly and street is nice and quiet, about 10 tram stations (15mins) to Duomo.

Could be a bit cleaner, there was hair on the floor in bathroom.

Everything was above expectations, staff was super friendly and helpful. We got a welcome drink on check in, left our bags on reception and got the key before the check in time. In the evening as we got there after heavy rain we asked for extra blankets and heating, everything was arranged. Kettle in the room with tea and cups helped us a lot. Perfectly clean bathroom with heating and a really good hair dryer was also a nice touch. Rooms situated on quiet street, there is a really good supermarket and a few cafeterias at the end of it.

Amazing hospitality. The receptionist and the other staff were so welcoming and friendly. Exceptional Hospitality(worth mentioning again).

Just that the shower was small and inconvenient. Toilet was slippery. Could be redesigned. But this is a luxury complaint and will not stop us from rebooking. Just healthy feedback.

Loved the hotel with all its features Exactly how I wanted it to be and even better also the receptionist is the nicest he helped gcheck in early and was very friendly the hotel is close to everything 5 mins walk from the metro station don’t hesitate to book it and will come back again for sure !

Staff was very welcoming and friendly. The room was modern and stylish. I loved the room scent they are using, I felt like I was in a spa. Location is nice, there are a many restaurants in the area and metro is not too far away either. Just a few stops to the airport and to the city center.

Clean and comfortable hotel. The room was a bit small but it had a pleasant balcony which we enjoyed. But most important of all was the AMAZING service received by the Staff at time of reservation as well as during our stay. Very friendly, professional and always ready to help. Grazie!

The room was made small by the queen size bed

I was offered a drink on my arrival which was a nice welcome :) It was my first trip to Milano and Nabil and Hadi were very helpful with the information. Everybody was super friendly. The room was nice and clean, bed super comfortable and the place overall very quiet. 30-40min walk from the hotel to Duomo, supermarket just across the street and many cute coffee shops in the neighbourhood. I enjoyed my stay a lot and will definitely book again whenever I decide to come back! Grazie di tutto Dina
