The accomodation was decently sized, clean and nicely decorated. We didn't have breakfast included in our reservation but there was tea and coffie in the room each day, free of charge. The room was cleaned every day. The host was very friendly and helpful. We had no problems during our stay and were able to rest well after the whole day in the city. Metro is only 5 min away from the accomodation, it took us less than 30min to the city centre and it takes only 1 metro stop to the airport.

The only negative thing was the noise comming from the railway nearby. I didn't mind it much, since it didn't disturb my sleep, but if you are a light sleeper try booking the room overlooking the courtyard instead of the street.

I choose this property because of the convenient location! the subway is about two minutes of walking away, the concert I attended was just down the street-less than 5minutes car drive. I liked how organized was everything, the information was always available. The check in was done online and it was easy to manage. I will definitely stay here again when visiting Milano. The parking is on the street, but its for free.

Staying at this hotel was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. The room was not only beautifully decorated but also exceptionally clean and comfortable — every detail was taken care of. Fresh towels were provided daily, which was a lovely touch. The staff were truly delightful — kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. Their positive attitude made us feel completely at ease. Without a doubt, we’ll be coming back to this hotel the next time we visit Italy. A perfect stay!

Good location to get there from airport and to the city centre. Very clean and comfy room. Nice interior. There was a coffee, tea, water and juice in the room. Very nice compliment. I liked that my room was cleaned despite the fact that I was staying there just for two nights. I can't say anything bad about the hotel. It would be nice if there is an information where is the nearest place to eat.

You can hear noise from the train and traffic outside. Not easy to fall asleep if you need a guite environment. It's not a fault of the hotel but just a detail which I wanted to mention.

Clean, new and spacious with great ac and WiFi. Completely automated check-in, so went smooth with our late arrival. Comfy bed and clean bathroom. A great choice for a quick stop when coming in through the airport as the train is a few minutes walk away. A supermarket just a few minutes walk as well. Very residential quiet well kept neighborhood. Host is very responsive.

There’s no breakfast option as stated. It’s cookies and juice. They do recommend a cafe close by for coffee and pastries.

Great place to stay if you are using Linate airport as its one stop away on the metro (Repetti) and close to Forlanini suburban station too. The self check in works fine with clear instructions. The room was very comfortable, great shower! There is a nice restaurant almost next door which is open until quite late.

Just a small thing, but we didn't like the paper cups, much prefer a proper ceramic one.

The room was very modern and felt like was in a hotel! It had a super comfy bed and clean bathroom which was perfect for a night in Milan to be able to relax and have a good nights sleep. The host communicated well and allowed us to leave our bags there before checkin time.

Don’t be confused that this place is a bed n breakfast. We accidentally thought it was cause the name of the place started with the word bed but that was our mistake. As well it is a little far from central Milan but there was both the tram, train and bus that was right outside the place.

A very modern and clean room. All facilities were up to standard. Free water and coffee. A good shower and good bed. Everything was great. The location was good if you come by car, but take into consideration some time to reach the city center by public transport.

The room was a bit smaller than we expected based on the pictures. Not a lot of room to store your luggage. Because of the size, the room also heated up quickly during the night. There is an airco that works good, but it is quite noisy so we turned it off.

neighborhood and outside building looks low grade though food shops around give kind welcome, and next to railroad tracks.

Location is very convenient: - Free on-street parking; - Good grocery store nearby; - Good any type of transport connection to the city center (also by car). Spacious, clean and quite rooms.

The lack of breakfast. It is impossible to provide due to building layout, but anyway you need to care where to have a morning meal.
