The accomodation was decently sized, clean and nicely decorated. We didn't have breakfast included in our reservation but there was tea and coffie in the room each day, free of charge. The room was cleaned every day. The host was very friendly and helpful. We had no problems during our stay and were able to rest well after the whole day in the city. Metro is only 5 min away from the accomodation, it took us less than 30min to the city centre and it takes only 1 metro stop to the airport.

The only negative thing was the noise comming from the railway nearby. I didn't mind it much, since it didn't disturb my sleep, but if you are a light sleeper try booking the room overlooking the courtyard instead of the street.

Staying at this hotel was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. The room was not only beautifully decorated but also exceptionally clean and comfortable — every detail was taken care of. Fresh towels were provided daily, which was a lovely touch. The staff were truly delightful — kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. Their positive attitude made us feel completely at ease. Without a doubt, we’ll be coming back to this hotel the next time we visit Italy. A perfect stay!

Good location to get there from airport and to the city centre. Very clean and comfy room. Nice interior. There was a coffee, tea, water and juice in the room. Very nice compliment. I liked that my room was cleaned despite the fact that I was staying there just for two nights. I can't say anything bad about the hotel. It would be nice if there is an information where is the nearest place to eat.

You can hear noise from the train and traffic outside. Not easy to fall asleep if you need a guite environment. It's not a fault of the hotel but just a detail which I wanted to mention.

The room was very modern and felt like was in a hotel! It had a super comfy bed and clean bathroom which was perfect for a night in Milan to be able to relax and have a good nights sleep. The host communicated well and allowed us to leave our bags there before checkin time.

Don’t be confused that this place is a bed n breakfast. We accidentally thought it was cause the name of the place started with the word bed but that was our mistake. As well it is a little far from central Milan but there was both the tram, train and bus that was right outside the place.

A very modern and clean room. All facilities were up to standard. Free water and coffee. A good shower and good bed. Everything was great. The location was good if you come by car, but take into consideration some time to reach the city center by public transport.

The room was a bit smaller than we expected based on the pictures. Not a lot of room to store your luggage. Because of the size, the room also heated up quickly during the night. There is an airco that works good, but it is quite noisy so we turned it off.

Location is very convenient: - Free on-street parking; - Good grocery store nearby; - Good any type of transport connection to the city center (also by car). Spacious, clean and quite rooms.

The lack of breakfast. It is impossible to provide due to building layout, but anyway you need to care where to have a morning meal.

Facilities are new, clean and functioning. Very convenient to access the Linate airport. The bus stop is very close (2 min walk), but the bus runs not so frequently. You need to check the timetable at the bus stop.

The shower water is lukewarm. I wanted a hot shower. My room (#1) was on the road/railway side, so I was bothered by the noise and vibration.

neighborhood and outside building looks low grade though food shops around give kind welcome, and next to railroad tracks.

We did not get breakfast!! We got directions to properly, we walked there nothing there. We returned and owner told us that it closed last month. This was on a Sunday. We had no breakfast.

Power , we did not know need card to put in wall unit to turn on lights. It seemed like we should have known that. Host was extremely helpful getting us in. They made us taxi reservations for us next AM to train. Very quiet, very nice.

Room was very good, everything you need really. Large comfy bed, Kettle, coffee machine, small fridge, tv, aircon etc. Large nicely appointed bathroom with a great shower. We even got a small balcony which was a nice feature. We chose the location (as its a bit away from the centre) mainly as we were attending a concert and want to be reasonably close to the venue, but at the same time have access to good public transport links. The No27 tram (the stop is 2 mins away) takes you straight to the Cathedral without having to change so perfect for getting in to the centre of Milan. Walk a bit further, maybe 5 mins, and you can also catch the number 73 Bus to either Milan Centre or to Linate Airport. There is also a great local restaurant next door (excellent service) and a large supermarket 5mins away.

Just a minor niggle really. We arrived a little early so couldn't check in straight away (just the way the flights were). The Hotel owner said we could leave our luggage at reception which we had absolutely no problem with. However, there is not really a reception area, rather just a small desk in the entrance hall. We did find a bag storage area under the stairs though. i guess the main issue is that given there is no reception as such, there is no seating area, just one chair at the desk, nor any toilet facilities just to freshen up after a long day of travel. Just something to be aware of of you arrive early. Other than that, everything was excellent.
