The location was a bit remote, but very close to the city transportation network and we didn't have to walk that much more than we have planned for the trip. As we arrived very early in the morning, we were able to leave our extra luggage at the hotel until we checked in in the evening, with no extra charge. The rooms and all the hotel were clean and we had someone cleaning our room every day. Breakfast was ok, the basics. Could be more diverse, but the available food was good and fresh (fruit, boiled eggs, some salamy/ham, bread, butter, yogurt, some pastries etc.) and the coffee exceptional! The people at the reception desk were always very helpful and polite.

It was an amazing experience with this hotel, and I am going to summarize everything in the further paragraphs: The location is extremely well connected to the public transport, you can take the tram 12 or bus 90 and you'll arrive easily to the main attractions. The room was enough for us, small and compact. The staff was kind, friendly and really helpful. For instance, we could let our bags until late at the hotel, on the last day, without any problem. Additionally, every problem that we had, they solved it.

I don't recommend the breakfast( without variety, lack of food, and is not worth money)

breakfast was nothing special and they could buy a couple of spoons as I had to eat my cereal with a teaspoon for 3 days. I asked for a spoon and was told that they don’t have any as they don’t use them! I also asked for an extra pillow on the 2nd day but was told that they don’t have. when I asked another person, Victoria, she was very helpful and got me one immediately, thank you Victoria you were a star! There was also an Asian guy at reception who was very nice too 😊

it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and I was promptly escorted to my beautifully appointed room. The room itself was spacious, impeccably clean, and offered stunning views of the surrounding area. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I appreciated the attention to detail in the room’s decor. The amenities provided were top-notch, including high-speed Wi-Fi

- The staff was very friendly and helpful. - Breakfast was nice. - Location was very close to bus stop and metro is also close by, so getting to places was easy, but you have to plan your time well. - Clean room. - Wi-Fi was good. - Towels and toiletries were enough and were changed. - The area was silent at night

- The area around the hotel felt a bit unsafe or underdeveloped. - The reception section looked messy (files seemed scattered all over the place) so the first impression wasn't that great. But you forget about that as everything else in the hotel is great.

The room was small but cozy, the use of yellow light made me feel like wanting to stay in the room. The bed was comfy, and the room was not very hot, considering I stayed there during the heat of the summer. So I found it easy to fall asleep.

The room was not soundproof, so I could hear noises coming from the other rooms (someone was watching a movie or Youtube without headphones on). Thankfully these noises didn't continue late into the night. The amount of shampoo was not enough for my stay; I asked the receptionists to provide more shampoo for my room, but seemed like they forgot.

The hotel wasn't amazing, but had good facilities, only 25min away from the centre having a bus by the corner which was really useful. Unfortunately as we travelled 2 young woman's alone, it wasn't such a safe area because of the amount of man around that are really inconvenient so I won't recommend using the public transports later in that area. The staff was really nice and helped us in everything we needed. Is really worth it!!

it was clean, the water was hot for showering and very fast to come, the bed was comfy, there was many sockets where you can charge your devices, the stations are not far

The best part of the hotel is definitely the staff! Breakfast was also decent. The hotel itself had a good vibe even though it was small and the neighbourhood seemed a bit unwelcoming at first. Nearby public transport options are also good (buses 90, 91, tram 16).

We had difficulties falling asleep because the mattresses and pillows were a bit on the hard side. Additionally the building felt like a sound box - directing and amplifying noises from the stairwell and other rooms.

The property was not hard to find also to google maps and the staff was really helpful and accommodating my demands. The property is also well connected to the city centre and had a few underground station in walkable distance.
