It was a very nice hotel, in a very convenient location! On city trips, like this one in Milan, it is always important for me to be near a metro station, so I can hop on the train and be in the city center in less than a couple of minutes! Very important! The hotel was really close to the M3, which connects me right to the City centre of Milan, the Duomo.

I can't complain! Everything was absolutely lovely!

- My room (nr. 27) was in general very clean (except for some little things) and had no mold. Both surprising for a 1 star hotel in Italy: I've been to 3 star hotels in Italy or also in Spain which weren't that clean. - The bed was very comfortable, at least for me. - After check-out I could leave my baggage in the hotel until the evening. - Helpful and friendly staff. - Metro station «Brenta» is very near (direct connection to Duomo and Milano Centrale). = Very good hotel for this price!

- Noisy because of thin walls and sometimes a lot of noise from outside (the area is quite noisy). - No air conditioner. It was quite hot in the room: during the day it was 26-28 degrees outside and the room warmed up a lot, so that in the evening the room was way warmer than the outside temperature. I opened both windows when I came back to the hotel and it still took hours until the room really cooled down. There would have been a fan, which I didn't use though, because of health reasons. Maybe the fan would have helped a bit to cool down the room faster. - Small bathroom. For me it was ok, but I'm small and slender. It could be a problem for taller and/or bigger people. For obese people it would be a big problem.

Great location of the hotel: metro station is two minutes walk, there is a supermarket and a McDonald's nearby. The room is small but everything was clean and tidy. Since it's a hotel, it's very convenient that the reception is working 24/7.

The bathroom is very small, there is hardly any space between the toilet and the wall. The TV remote was incompatible with the TV set.

Good location, strong WiFi, good value for money

Very unfriendly staff at the reception. Poor customer service. Funny and unpleasant odour on the hallway/ corridor. TV channels all in Italian and no HD channels. Old and very small elevator

It is on a great location, super if you need a clean place to sleep and hit the road and roam the city when you wake up.

Tends to be a little noisy

The hotel was clean, the bed was comfy. The room was pretty hot but there was a ventilator which helped us, so it wasn't that bad regarding the heat. The staff was very helpful, they let us leave our luggage before and after check-in/out. The location is also very communicative, there is a metro 1 min from there, also a night bus stop and many more.

They were renovating the building so there was a bit of noise.

It is my second time to go for this hotel, I can find this the best value for money in Milan. - Near the metro station. - Not very far from Duomo or Central Station - Good value for the price.

Cleaness, Noise and Quality can be improved but it is not a major point.

We liked the room, because it had a lot of surprises etc the loose hanging bathroom door, the construction on the balcony, the two air-conditioning options (only one worked) and the super nice location ☀️

Everything was great. Clean room. Clean towels. 50 meters from the metro. Carefoor near by where you can buy food. A bit far away from the centre, butwith metro you get there in 10 min.

Coffee machine was broken. But in 1 min walk you can buy good coffee that will cost you also 1 euro.😉
