To be honest, the room looked better in reality than what’s showed on booking. It only had 2 stars but looked better than a 3 stars hotels. They even print maps and brochures for guests with the city sites and how to get there. The hotel location is good, 5 min walk to the bus station, 12 min to tram station, 5 min to supermarkets, and in 30 min you find yourself at the duomo with public transportation. The room is spacious, the Ac is working well, cleaning service was very good. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The only thing that was missing is that the room hand no kettles, so you can’t make your self a cup of tea in the morning or before bedtime.

I have nothing bad to say related to the room and the hotel. The room was very clean, there was a housekeeper cleaning the rooms on a daily basis and in the breakfast there is a lot of stuff to choose from - cheese, ham, cream, bread, croissants, tart, other sweet stuff, tea, coffee, juice etc. The staff is very polite. The bathroom is also very clean and cleaned by the housekeeping on a daily basis. New towels, toilet paper, shampoo are being brought every day, trash thrown every day. There is an AC, a very comfortable bed and a mini fridge in the room. Even though the hotel is far away from the city center, there is a bus line and a metro with which you can easily get to the city center.

Nothing of what I am going to write is connected to the cleanliness or the staff of the hotel. The only things I did not like are the location and price. The hotel is located in a weird neighborhood and far away from the city center (you can read more about the safety of the neighborhood online - dangerous at night around the metro and a lot of pickpocketing in certain parts). Because of the location and neighborhood, even though it is Milan, I think it can be a little cheaper.

Comfy hotel in a quiet location, though with grocery stores and places to eat nearby. Bit of a long walk into the centre, but plenty of public transport options. Nice room, good shower.

I'd have liked an extra pillow (though I didn't ask at reception).

Very close to the centre of Milan! Lovely staff, the breakfast was great for a quick meal before heading out for the day!

The shower was a bit small but not the end of the world! Walls also a tad thin so you could hear other guests sometimes.

I loved how attentive the staff was, the rooms were impeccably clean and comfortable. in general incredible price for the great value you are getting. The location is convenient with the bus, yet I was planning my trip around this area, so if you want more downtown location - you might want to reconsider. I’ve once had breakfast at the hotel and it was a typical Italian setup with great pastries and good coffee. There was everything I needed in the room and more. Everyone I’ve interacted with was very attentive, polite and friendly. Thank you!

Little did we know, this tucked away 2 star hotel would give such great experience of Milan. With Corvetto M3 line round the corner, and served by many local buses, central Milan was easy to reach. Gwen was most kind to us and helped us with anything we needed. Same goes for Luis! The room was serviced daily with fresh towels provided everyday. The fact that the room would get cleaned every day and the sheer level of customer service made this such a great stay. Recommend!

I like very very much the staff member from Philippines at reception she is very very kind and excellent competent about her work professional skills. She told us about restaurants and how to get there. And other visitor places.the breakfast stuff also very nice person. I liked them very much.

Nice place for 2 nights, it was very clean and smells nice. Enough toiletries in the bathroom and brand new air conditioner. The staff is polite and discreet, always available for assistance. The bed was comfortable + nice ironed sheets. The location is not the best, but not a big deal.

The restaurant area is quite small and not very comfortable. Bad Wi-Fi signal. The breakfast was not very nice actually, especially when you decide to take a little more sleep and you are some of the last people there.

It was quite far from the city center, but the bus stop was only a few minutes walk. The room and the bathroom were very clean, and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good. There was a brand-new AC in the room. (I needed that in the summer heat.) The room was silent, and it had a mini fridge.

It is far from the center, but I knew it when I booked the room. So it wasn't a problem for me.

The room was clean and comfortable. Staff were really so nice and helpful, they gave us free breakfast once and told us about some nice places to visit. They used to clean the room every day which was good. Internet was good as well

Our minibar sometimes leaked water . The location is a bit not so close to the center , so you need to take a bus or tram.
