What I did not like (I write it here as well or booking.com will hide it) the rooms are not sound proof, we could hear a bunch of people yelling and laughing on the room next door. They only gave us two small soaps and two shampoos, the next day they didn’t refill it, so we had to ask for them. Last, the rooms were humid and smelled like bathroom. The good: private parking, OK breakfast, great location close to the urban train.

The property is well connected to the city center via tram line 24 and is also close to the Crocetta metro station. It's located in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood, which makes for a very relaxing stay. One of the highlights is the lovely garden. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful — they even lent us an iron when we needed one. The rooms are clean and tidied daily. The price is very reasonable, and the breakfast is delicious. I’ll definitely stay here again during my next visit. Greetings and thanks to the hotel staff!

The Hotel has a good localization, safe around the Hotel, the room was good, good breakfast and they were nice to me there (they even help me make an reservation to the restaurant Pepe Nero that is near the Hotel - I also recommend the restaurant!) ! I would recommend it and i also plan to stay there again. If you have many big luggages i would recommend asking for a room in the first floor because i think they dont have an elevator, and they put me on the 1st floor since i had a big luggage. Also, in the corner of the street there is a Tabacaria where you can buy the public transport ticket. I really enjoyed my time there.

They could have a mini frigobar with water and soft drinks, or just the minibar in the rooms. But you can buy something to drink near the hotel so it was not a problem, is more a suggestion than a complain.

Rooms are far more modern than the pictures showed. Lovely and clean. Rooms were cleaned thoroughly every day and beds turned down. Plenty of storage for your belongings. Staff were always friendly and smiling. Breakfast was simple but nice and always fresh. Staff take pride in the place and it shows. Great location 2 min walk from tran and 5 min walk from some really nice restaurants. Wouldn't hesitate to return.

The toilet seat was a little loose, forgot to mention it to staff on check out but it is a 2 minute fix (RM 18)

Beautiful view of historic town. Staff couldn’t be more welcoming and helpful, lent us umbrella to go a walk. We got the wrong terminal and they had patience and came to us there instead after waiting. It’s very warm inside and welcoming. Great value for money. Lovely area restaurant 8 mins walk.

Little to No wifi signal in room 20 and the bin was broken in bathroom and noisy clattering when we used it. No dinner option other than delivery.

Hotel is located in the quiet neighborhood. It is a bit far from the city center, but it is one minute from tram stop. Hotel was very nice and staff were kind and really helpful. Room was big, clean and comfortable. Air conditioner worked like a charm. Tasty breakfast.

Noise from other rooms.

The hotel staff is super accommodating and friendly. Something was broken in our room and when I reported it, it was immediately fixed. The hotel is far from the center but the tram stops right around the corner so you can easily get to the cathedral in about 20 min. The location is very quiet but the hotel walls are quite thin so you can hear your room neighbors, it’s only an inconvenience for light sleepers. The hotel is really great value for you money and plus there’s a great pizza restaurant within walking distance!

Breakfast could use a little variety, especially considering food allergies / intolerances. It’s okay to get your day started but it could certainly be better.

Nice hotel. The room was confortable and the bathroom was large and in good condition. The parking in the yard in front of the hotel is very convenient. Close to the tram stop that leads to the center of Milan in about 20 minutes.

A fridge is missing from the room.

The hotel has a garden in front and my room faced that garden, which was really nice. The bathroom was great - bigger than the room... very nice for just a one person, one night.

Breakfast could have been better. It was nice, just not great (several options of breads, sweets, yogurts and apples - drinks not so much).

Solid place, great staff, all good with the experience in general. All in all, great place, but too far from the main transportation checkpoints (bus, bus to airport, tram, ...)
