The staff was nice: a man and a woman. Fresh croissants were served in the morning. The prices compared to other apartments/hotels in Milan are reasonable.

If you are going to walk to the center of Milan (without taking 1 metro and 1 tram), you should think that it is a bit far, but since you have booked this hotel, you know this already. When I first went, they told me that I had not made the payment and even though I had done it.Then everything was resolved.

It’s in front of the tram station that takes you directly to Duomo in 10 minutes. Private parking is included! Not all of them speak English BUT they are willing to help you out by using google translate for everything you need!! It’s an old building without the perfect walls and soundproofing but you are not going to buy it, it’s perfect for your sleep and rest! Breakfast is included and they have a lot of prepackaged croissants which they let you take some extra for the rest of your day

It was lovely place with a soul. Comfortable beds and spacious clean rooms, towels were changed every morning. Hotel on the main street- Very close to tram. Close to the small stores and cafes. Graf staff, helpful and nice.

Well… coffee was great but I would prefer something more for a breakfast, maybe vegetables and cheese. Also showers are in need of renovation. I don’t like leaving keys when leaving but it wasn’t a disadvantage.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable and noise level was good. It was so convenient to the light rail to the Duomo. Parking is included and so is a continental breakfast. They make a wonderful cappucino.

The hotel is a bit run down and old fashioned. The neighborhood felt safe but not in a beautiful neighborhood.

A nice hotel, relatively close to the city center by tram. The staff is kind, eager to answer all questions and help, although they speak english very little. It's an old style italian hotel, with no elevator as far as I could notice. The room was spacious and the bathroom as well, both nice and clean. Towels were changed every day. The tram stop is in front of the hotel, which makes access even easier.

I think they should try to improve their breakfast. There were a few things available, all packaged and all sweet. For example, there was no bread, cheese, eggs or something salty and freshly cut. With this room price, this is definitely you would expect. They offer freshly made espresso or cappuccino, however, but the food is definitely something they should take care of. Also, the wifi signal is really weak if your room is on the second floor.

Good for sleeping the night and exploring city. For us - super plus was private parking for car. Tram station in front of the door and 15ish mins to Duomo. Clean, everything is as marketed here and what I would expect from 2* Hotel. Friendly staff.

Not much. If you go early to sleep you might be annoyed with hearing tram a bit, but wasn’t problem for us

I like the staff, they were so helpful even in my crisis when I lost my bag 😱 at metro station. Breakfast in the morning felt so good and daily room service keeps you sorted all the time. I didn’t like the location, although it is well connected via Tram but metro stations are lilttle bit far away.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Some of them didn't speak any English, but they succeeded in trasmiting what was important.

The pillow was way too big and hard, the mattress was a little going towards the middle of the bed. I saw some ants on the floor and bed.

Breakfast was below basic. Check the option for something else than packed croissants

Perfect for one night stay. It is great if you are traveling by car, the hotel has its own free parking. The price includes breakfast - coffee and pastries. There is a public transport stop nearby, 20 minutes to het for city centre by transport
