“I had a fantastic stay at this suite hotel in Milan. The hotel was immaculately clean and had a modern, stylish design. The location is unbeatable, close to the city center with an auto bus station right out front, and a supermarket conveniently next door. What really stood out, though, was the friendly staff, especially Jebbel, who was incredibly helpful and welcoming throughout my stay. Nothing, everything was great!

We loved everything about it! It was spacious for a double bedroom, they had waters in the fridge for us and all the necessities ready! The stuff was super nice and helpful! They have the best accommodation, in the best location! It has a bus stop across the street and within two minutes of walking is the tram, very easy to access it! The neighbourhood is quiet enough for sleeping!!

The staff communication is zero. A rude boy for his mistake, shouted on the phone. Only because of that communication, I no longer go to that place even though everything else was very good. I often went to their structures and the only thing that doesn't work is communication.

I expected nothing too fancy but my expectations were exceeded, the room was amazing, super friendly staff, service was on top, we had refill on water bottles everyday in our fridge. The terrace was way better than we expected, we thought it would be a balcony but turns out it was a major almost rooftop terrace with stools a table and a sun umbrella really really nice in general. Besides the language barrier we managed by poco Italian and a lot of English and Google translate 😂👍🏼 placement was great too, we could walk to the tram in less than 5 minutes and in 10 minutes we would be near a tabacchi and a grocery store with another tramline. Also we could walk to navigli in 15 minutes and probably the same amount of time to the duomo ☺️☺️ all of the locals were really friendly and easy to communicate with, they shared their favorite restaurants with us and we can easily agree with them, one of the pizza restaurants in navigli were really good berbère I think it’s called and if you go to Brera there’s a place called kaimano which was really great as well.

The air condition was not working the first day or two, but we teamed up with the nice staff and made it work.

Nice and clean property with a good location

The check in process is crap. For those coming from the UK, they do not have a reception when you check in. You have to ring the buzzer and then hopefully they should then buzz you into your room. Your pass will usually be inside the room. It’s not clear when you are check in what the process is, so I would recommend emailing your guests the process so that they are not standing about trying to figure out how to get in.

Great find, very clean and comfortable. Nice size TV, coffee was lovely, nice surroundings too, nice little pub on the corner.

The reviews made me a little nervous, also the online check-in app misbehaves on iphone, I tried checking in a number of times and it kept going back to the start page. I contacted the hotel by email and a staff member promptly helped me check in, so perfect! The room and location are lovely and ideal. Staff were good on the intercom.

Neat and clean property. Excellent location, close to Bocconi. Suited us very well. Stores and restaurants around.

Wish there was a staff to speak to for any additional needs (like an iron/ iron board, extra paper cups/glasses, coffee pods even if they were to be bought. Their intercom takes ages to be answered. No lift/ elevator. No one to help a single woman

Very clear and modern hotel with spacious rooms. The location is not bad considering it is only one metro away from city centre and train station.

The staff was not helpful or clear with check-in, the moment we arrived they asked why there were multiple people when the reservation was for one person (I was simply helping my mother carry her luggage.) and was not allowed to help carry the luggage inside.
