Good location near the metro, shops, restaurants etc. Rooms were comfortable and clean. The free continental breakfast was really good especially as the pastries were individually wrapped. The room had a covered balcony which was unexpected but lovely. They had sachets of shower gel in the bathroom. The room had a safe, fridge, plenty wardrobe space, t.v. Hotel kept your luggage for !€5 which was really good as our flight wasnt till early evening.

We were in room 112 so it was a little vestibule with 2 other rooms and a disabled toilet, next to the entrance so was quite noisy when other guests came in but couldn't be helped. There was no hand towel so you had to dry your hand on your bath towel. Only 1 socket which had a 3 plug extention in so you had to charge phones/hair dryer/straighteners etc in the 1 place. The seal on the fridge didn't work properly. The shower head didn't come off the bracket & the door was a concertina type door that didn't give much room to get in/out.

We have stayed 2 nights in the hotel and everything was perfect, the staff was very friendly, the room was very clean, lots of szupermarket, restaurant shops nearby

Good location. Very small room but had a little balcony for smoking which was nice. If you want breakfast, make sure you reserve it the night before or else there is nothing prepared. I was thinking I could just pay €6 for the breakfast in the morning but I was mistaken. The gentleman at the reception made me coffee and I appreciated that. Bed was comfortable. I went to bed early because of work the next day and didn't notice any noise coming form adjacent rooms. I think it was one of the smallest rooms I've ever had but if you're travelling for business, it's just fine.

I would have like the option for paying for breakfast in the moring but that was my fault for not clarifying that. Other than that, I have really no complaints. .... oh and at least one paper cup in the room would've a been nice.

I've stayed here several times for work. Each room depending on size has a little balcony or small terrace. I took a room with a larger bed that had a terrace. The staff are always kind and accommodating.

I know the hotel well so the value for money and accommodation meet my expectations.

It was a brilliant family room with a balcony. I have stayed in hotels in many cities but this is first time the children could get a separate room in the main room at an affordable price.

Price was reasonable and the location was good enough to walk into the centre, 30 minutes.

The bathroom was small and cramped, but was clean and shower powerful.

Very tight rooms and there is no room cleaning service regularly, we had to ask for cleaning and someone to take the garbage out which happened the 3rd day The elevator is very tight and barely fits our small baby stroller
