It is clean, stylish, comfortable, close to transport, has a cute little balcony and lovely big doors that let in fresh air and the sound of passers-by enjoying themselves. Not too noisy though, just that happy sound of people living life! It is in a grand old building with a lovely nostalgic feel about it. The staff were incredibly accommodating, allowing us to enter hours earlier than check-in with our luggage and we really appreciated that. The manager even made us a coffee while the finishing touches were being made to our room! Very welcoming!!

Nothing not to like - it was lovely. One thing to note, the kitchenette is a shared facility which was absolutely fine for us. It is very convenient to all the apartments and noone else used it the whole time we were there. It was immaculately clean and had everything we needed for our 1 night stay.

During our European travels, we had the pleasure of staying in several guest houses, but Ca Bella in Milan truly stood out as a favorite. This cozy establishment, reminiscent of a mini-hotel in an apartment setting, offered an unparalleled level of comfort and hospitality. Upon arrival, we were immediately captivated by the beauty and cleanliness of the common areas. The attention to detail in the decor created a warm and welcoming atmosphere, making us feel right at home from the start. We were fortunate to stay in a room with a balcony, which proved to be an absolute delight. The additional outdoor space provided a tranquil retreat where we could unwind and soak in the vibrant atmosphere of Milan. The highlight of our stay, however, was undoubtedly the comfort of the bed. After a day of exploring the city, sinking into the plush mattress was pure bliss, ensuring a restful night's sleep. Convenience was another major advantage of Ca Bella. The proximity to the metro station, just a mere 3-minute walk away, made it incredibly easy to navigate the city. In just 8 minutes, we found ourselves at the iconic Duomo, ready to immerse ourselves in Milan's rich history and culture.

This hotel is lovely and stylish. Don't expect a full service hotel, though. There are only 5 rooms in kind of like an apartment setting. It's on the second floor of the regular building and there is no big hotel signage outside so you have to find it by the addresss. Each room absolutely has good security and privacy, and there is a common area equipped with refridge, microwave, utensil, tea and coffee maker, plates and cups. No staff is located on site except for your check-in time. We also didn't hear much noise from the other rooms. There are many restaurants and bars/cafes nearby and the tram and metro stations are also very close. It's a bit far from the main sight seeing area on foot (25 minutes to Duomo, close to 1 hour to the palace and Santa Maria church).

The room is very small, especially the bathroom/shower area. There is very little privacy when you get out of the shower. As an example, I was traveling with my son and it's awkward for a teenager.

The host was very kind and friendly, and the cleaning lady was amazingly fast, so it was possible for us to check in earlier. The room was exactly what was shown in the photos, and the common area was also lovely and clean. We highly appreciated the cookies and the coffee machine available in the common area.

If you are a light sleeper, than maybe it would be better to bring some earplugs with you. The windows are not really blocking the sounds from the street.

The apartment was modern with comfortable beds. There was a communal spaces with a coffee making facilities and a table and chairs. The host was easy to communicate with and met us to let us in to the accommodation. The location was also close to the metro which went directly to the train station.

Our only issue with the accommodation was the lack of privacy in the bathroom. The door and wall connecting the bathroom and bedroom is made of glass with a thin curtain meaning that as a group of friends it is not private.

The whole place was so beautiful, comfortable and clean and the host was super helpful. The kitchen was well stocked and even though it was shared with other rooms it was quiet and well-equipped. Very close to the metro.

The bathroom was separated from the room just by glass so the water from the shower goes straight into the room and makes a mess. There almost needs to be another door in the shower part of the bathroom. The lack of door sealing also means that the whole room fills with steam and toilet smells. A bit out of the city centre, but not far on a train.

Ca Bela is situated in a lively location with easy access to places of interest and many restaurants. The communal area was pleasant and very clean, our room was spotless and stylish. We enjoyed a quiet nights sleep in a very comfortable bed, lovely fresh linen and plentiful towels. We both thought that the shower was great. Having the shower separate from the toilet and wash basin was novel but a good thing. Our hostess Arianna was very welcoming, friendly and helpful.

Although we both thought that the shower was fantastic, I find that wet rooms tend to flood and the wet floor leaves me worried about slipping. I also felt inhibited by the toilet only being separated from the rest of the room by a darkened glass wall, which didn't completely reach the ceiling.

An absolutely fabulous small boutique hotel , Amazing staff who were incredibly helpful and made my solo travelling experience and absolute delight . The location is fantastic . 2 metro stops to the Duomo in Milan . Beautifully decorated in a relaxed , modern and very comfortable vibe. Espresso machine , water and biscuits left out for guests . Immaculate and gorgeous products provided in the shower. I felt I was in a five star hotel .I absolutely recommend this new boutique hotel -- a gem. Enrique and Arianna were extremely , professional , helpful and informative and made my stay special .

Room was tidy and clean and the room and common areas are very well designed and decorated. Great location and good value for money. Metro and tram are super close by, nonetheless you can still easily walk almost everywhere (in 20/25 min to Duomo, super easy walk). The staff was helpful, very responding and the check-in was easy (all done via text). We really appreciated that as you can easily check-in and out without needing the host to be there.

The rooms is facing the street with not highly noise insulated windows. We went on an extended week, and there's a bar close by, so there was quite some noise at night. Might be problematic if you are a light sleeper like me. The toilet and shower were separated (you need to cross the room from wc to shower), which we didn't mind. The shower is big and spacious which was great. However, water leaks from the shower and goes into the wc and to the room which is quite annoying as we needed to be putting towels on the floor after every shower.
