BREAKFAST IS EXCELLENT VALUE, WIDE SELECTION AND OPEN UNTIL 10.30AM

Location was great. Within walking distance to many of the museums, shopping district and cafés/restaurants. Tram outside hotel and Metro and other tram line roughly 200m away to bring you to San Siro etc. Glu Free coeliac friendly café a few hundred metres away was a bonus.

Bed wasn't the most comfortable.

Our room was ready before time. Very kind staff, and very smooth check inn. Room was perfect for our size.

Rooms has thin walls. We could hear a man next door, speaking until 2 am.

I was negatively surprised by the fact that even as hotel customer i had to pay an amount of Euro30 for using the hotel parking. Not a good marketing.

You know this is a great little hotel with great parking even for a larger car. We really didn’t know where to stay to get access quickly to Milan’s Duomo and the centre and this was really a short fun family tram ride away. We could’ve walked but we wanted to get on the tram. There is an incredible pizza place around the corner which the reception advised about which probably has the best pizzas in the world. The rooms were actually huge more like apartments in our Caisse and we didn’t really need two for our family of five. We were very pleasantly surprised about this so well done to the team.

I like my stay at this hotel and do not have any complains. The location was nice and quiet, with a perfect walking distance to center and Duomo (around 25 mins of walk, or you could take short metro ride). There were several nice bakeries around and big Carrefour juts next to it, if it is needed. The hotel itself had quite a class: welcoming staff, good and well-equipped rooms, everything was clean. The only thing I missed a bit in my room was a kettle or coffee machine, but that was not a big deal. The best thing about this hotel is that it was relatively cheaper than other. For my next visit to Milan I for sure will consider it again!

The only thing that disappointed me in the hotel, is that wall-mounted shower gel and shampoo dispensers were badly engineered and would not work for the most of my stay (despite having content inside). But to be fair I didn't tell anything to reception as I had my own soaps with me. Would worth if they replace them with something higher quality.

We arrived around 9am and since the room is already available, it was already given to us. Room is spacious, it has a bath and also bidet so I do not need to use a "tabo" (water dipper) for washing. But the volume function of the remote control of the TV is not working. But it's okay, it is just a minor concern. Our stay was still great. I love their breakfast, it has pandesal (Filipinos love this) Location is accessible to public transportation. And also near to tourist attraction sites. The staffs are very accommodating and friendly. If we will visit Milan again, we will still choose this place. We felt so welcome in this hotel.

Great location near the Duomo and nice big room

We were charged 5 euro per day more for parking than we were quoted. We left our passports in the room safe by accident and the staff didn’t seem to realize the urgency we felt in them retrieving the passports. We asked them to secure them at reception but we don’t think they have locked them away for us.

Hotel Crivi's was a good choice for my recent stay. The hotel's location was convenient, with easy access to nearby restaurants and attractions. The room was comfortable and well-equipped, and the availability of parking made my visit even more convenient. Best of all, the hotel provided excellent value for the money. I would highly recommend Hotel Crivi's to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in the area.

The staff are very friendly, nice and helpful. The location is also great.

For the price and the stars, the hotel needs to include an iron and a kettle (+ complimentary coffee and a bottle of water per day) in each room. I needed an iron and a kettle, which I received immediately after asking for. However, these are things 4star hotels usually have in each room without a need to ask for. The same applies to coffee/water. I stayed 3 nights and the first room had a problem in the bathroom. The shower water wouldn’t go down. However, when I informed the reception, they offered me another room for the rest of the stay.
