Great locality, really helpful staff. One of us had a terrible headache the last day and they enabled her a late check-out so she could stay till the last moment. The breakfast was great with a big choice and great service. Within a walking distance to the Duomo and metro station. Communication was perfect through a Booking.com page before our arrival.

The room for three was really small, the third bed was in fact a sofa with the pillows taken off (and placed into the wardrobe so there was nearly no space for clothes). We were a large group in five different rooms and in fact didn´t find a difference between normal and executive rooms - everything was the same. Tea/ coffee/ beauty kit in the bathroom - everything more for just one person than three. The rooms were not cheap so we expected a little bit more. But the location and services exceeded our expectations.

The hotel’s location is pretty good near to Duomo, like 15 minutes walking. The neighbourhood is good and safe. Has 2 metro stations very close, which is very convenient. The room is big enough with king size bed and big bathroom with all the necessities. The breakfast has not big variety but still good in terms of quality, the coffee is great! The staff is really helpful and polite! Highly recommend for travellers looking for a place to stay near downtown in a reason price for Milano! Marianna & Evangelos

Likes - Very friendly and helpful staff in the front desk and in the breakfast area. Very attentive and prompt in resolving requests - Clean room and bathroom. The colourscheme of the room furniture.furnishing is simple but lovely - Very good breakfast spread/ - Two elevators, so easy to travel up & down. - Very clean bathroom - They let us keep the luggage after we checked out, and also let us use the lobby till our flight time.

- Location is a bit of a miss , for tourists at least. Duomo is about 15-20 minutes walk. I guess the subway station is close by, but we dont like to explore subway systems for short stay days. Its not bad , mind you, just that it is away from the buzzing areas that tourists would like. - Free water could / should have been provided. But mostly net positive

The location is perfect. Coming from Lignate airport it is just taking metro 4 (€2.20) to Santa Sofia and you are on walking (5.min)distance. Also, on walking distance (15 min) is the city centre and if you are lazy you can take metro 3 to the centre.

Room was a little warm and we could not bring the temperature down. Airconditioning was not working properly. Opening the Window was not an option because of the noise. We had a room on the fourth floor, facing the street.

Everything was fine. I appreciated an early check in. Staff on front desk very helpful for everything -check in, recommendations for restaurants, holding luggage on the day of departure. I had a large double room single occupancy. Wifi worked perfectly with no password. Breakfast room pleasant and a very wide range of good quality food on offer in buffet. Location was excellent for Universita degli Studi which was where I had to go for work.

Very comfortable and near to all. You can walk to Duomo, Terme, shops and supermarket. Staff were very welcoming and friendly especially Diego.

The breakfast lady has no sense of hygiene. She uses the same cloth to remove spilled milk and juice, then uses the same cloth to remove food on the tables, and same cloth to clean the tables without using any detergents, then with her unhygienic hands put new cutlery on the table.

The hotel has a great location, only 10 min walking distance to Duomo square. The room we got was the same as shown in the pictures. The bed was more than comfortable. The toilet was new and spotlessly clean, in addition to daily maintenance by the staff. Words of praise for the entire staff. We even got umbrellas for all the days it rained in Milan.

Everything was satisfactory. The only thing I would add is a little more choice in the breakfast buffet and maybe a kettle in the rooms.

This hotel was central and close to the main attractions that Milan has to offer. It was also close to a metro stop. The room was modern, the beds were comfortable, and there was plenty of space to hang clothes. Breakfast was nice. Friendly and helpful staff.

The room and shower cubicle felt cramped. The safe was loose on the top shelf of the wardrobe, I would have expected it to be secured on the back of the wardrobe. The breakfast room was cramped.

Front desk personnel were kind and helpful with city information and arranging taxi to airport. Breakfast was decent. Rooms were cleaned every day.

Located in very busy area with sirens going by often. With window closed, street noise not too bad. Road construction right in front of hotel. About 15 minutes walk to duomo along busy, unattractive street. No information in room regarding places to eat.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. Couldn’t do enough for us. The location was excellent. A 10 minute walk to Il Duomo, the Galleria and the main hub. And the heated towel rails were fabulous.

We booked the 16sqm room which unfortunately is a little too small, however after a little of rearranging we made it work
