Great locality, really helpful staff. One of us had a terrible headache the last day and they enabled her a late check-out so she could stay till the last moment. The breakfast was great with a big choice and great service. Within a walking distance to the Duomo and metro station. Communication was perfect through a Booking.com page before our arrival.

The room for three was really small, the third bed was in fact a sofa with the pillows taken off (and placed into the wardrobe so there was nearly no space for clothes). We were a large group in five different rooms and in fact didn´t find a difference between normal and executive rooms - everything was the same. Tea/ coffee/ beauty kit in the bathroom - everything more for just one person than three. The rooms were not cheap so we expected a little bit more. But the location and services exceeded our expectations.

Location was great, close to public transport options (metro and tram) and walking distance from central area. So perfect for our 2 night city break. It was also quiet so nice to be away from the bustle. Triple room had 3 good single beds, which were very comfortable and we each slept very well. There was just enough space for 3 small suitcases to be stored. Bathroom clean and lovely big shower. Useful to have a fridge. Staff friendly and helpful, even answering our questions before we arrived. They were happy to store our luggage after we had checked out. Hotel was very clean.

Would have been useful to have an extra plug in the triple room, particular as there was no plug where the kettle was placed. Alternatively could benefit from adding USB charging points as well as plug sockets. Triple room was a bit smaller than expected, so beds were quite close together.

Staff, both reception and breakfast areas, is welcoming and supportive, when asked to changed the towel they did it right away. Breakfast is also decent and coffee is good. Hotel is very well located if you are keen to explore the center of the city.

The only thing that was not as expected was the parking. Hotel DOES NOT have the parking of its own, they can only give you a discount in the parking nearby (public or private, not sure). I ended up paying 20 EUR, and the car was parked from late evening till before midday next day.

I can’t say enough amazing things about this hotel. It’s spotless and the staff is simply wonderful. We had an issue with our AC and the staff moved us to an independent apartment. They took ownership of the issue right away. The The rooms are spotless and the beds are so comfortable. When we come back to Milan we would definitely stay here again. The hotel is only a 10-15 minute walk to the duomo. Delicious breakfast with a wide variety and delicious cappuccinos.

We really enjoyed the breakfast in the morning. I think the variety was great. We had lots of options for bread, yogurt, hot and cold dishes. Our wait staff was super helpful and always kept us caffinated or reccommended things to do around the city. Our room was very spacious and our party of three was super comfortable.

We are a little further away from city center than I expected. About 15 min away from the Duomo. But the walk was very comfortable and the neighborhood felt safe. It was particularly helpful to have a grocery store right next door.

The hotel’s location is pretty good near to Duomo, like 15 minutes walking. The neighbourhood is good and safe. Has 2 metro stations very close, which is very convenient. The room is big enough with king size bed and big bathroom with all the necessities. The breakfast has not big variety but still good in terms of quality, the coffee is great! The staff is really helpful and polite! Highly recommend for travellers looking for a place to stay near downtown in a reason price for Milano! Marianna & Evangelos

Likes - Very friendly and helpful staff in the front desk and in the breakfast area. Very attentive and prompt in resolving requests - Clean room and bathroom. The colourscheme of the room furniture.furnishing is simple but lovely - Very good breakfast spread/ - Two elevators, so easy to travel up & down. - Very clean bathroom - They let us keep the luggage after we checked out, and also let us use the lobby till our flight time.

- Location is a bit of a miss , for tourists at least. Duomo is about 15-20 minutes walk. I guess the subway station is close by, but we dont like to explore subway systems for short stay days. Its not bad , mind you, just that it is away from the buzzing areas that tourists would like. - Free water could / should have been provided. But mostly net positive

The location is perfect. Coming from Lignate airport it is just taking metro 4 (€2.20) to Santa Sofia and you are on walking (5.min)distance. Also, on walking distance (15 min) is the city centre and if you are lazy you can take metro 3 to the centre.

Room was a little warm and we could not bring the temperature down. Airconditioning was not working properly. Opening the Window was not an option because of the noise. We had a room on the fourth floor, facing the street.

It was well placed to walk in all directions for sightseeing if you enjoy walking - which we do. 15-20 minute walk to most things.

The hotel had road works outside on the main road so it was slowing the traffic down and was a little noisy at night with sirens going past to the main hospital which is close by

excellent location, 10 min from Duomo and the center of the city on foot.near by metro station crocetta and santa maria By metro you can go everwere in teh city.Helpful staff and very polite .The rooms were large with a lot of spaces and always clean.the breakfast buffet was full with a lot of homemade goodies.perfect place for relax vacations with your family and pets if you have one.
