The hotel is excellent and I would stay there again. The location is excellent, the staff is very pleasant. The hotel itself has a nice intimate feel and is very clean. Next trip to Milan i will definitely stay here again.

As the only drawback, I would mention the sound insulation, which is not the best because you can hear speech from the surrounding rooms.

Location was good, close to transport links but quiet, convenience store nearby, restaurants close to the hotel were good. The staff were very good and friendly and helped iron out any minor problems, so no difficulty there. Easy to get to most of the shopping / tourist Milan from here either on foot or with public transport. I was at a conference, the venue was about 30 minutes using metro and walking.

Not much really, it was ideal for our needs, the breakfast was plentiful but the cooked things were only Ok. Again the staff were really nice.

The location is great, close to all main city attractions, the rooms are spacious and modern, beds are comfortable, sheets are clean, there is coffee, tea and complimentary water as well as a welcome handwritten note in the room. Very nice, we would definitely come back, very nice hotel in a quite neighborhood.

It is a bit far from the airport, but there are metro stations close by and the train station is not too far either.

The location was excellent, right near the heart of Milan. The room was spacious and clean. The staff were very kind, attentive as well as willing to be of assistance without being pushy or otherwise.

As for the bathroom, the shower head mount was slightly loose and didn't allow the shower head to be repositioned. We ordered breakfast in bed and a menu either in the room or on the app would've been quite useful. Perhaps this feature does exist and I was unable to find it. Other than that, it was excellent and the complementary bottle of prosecco was much appreciated.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel in Milan. The location was very convenient, as it was within walking distance ( 20 min) to the city center. Nearby, there was a shop and some pastry places, which made it easy to grab essentials or enjoy some local treats. Overall, a good experience!

However, I found the price quite high for the facilities provided. Additionally, breakfast was not included in the rate and came with extra charges, which was a bit disappointing.

It was in a great location to access public transport and walk to restaurants and cafes. Supermarkets close by. Staff were very personable, informative and customer service oriented; nothing was too much trouble. Daily tidying up of room, checking on top up of supplies was great. Very clean and neat rooms.

Excellent location in the heart of Milan. No noise from the street since the room was facing in the courtyard. Very nice lobby and rooms. The staff was very polite.

The bathrooms even though quite recently renovated, feel a bit old. I would say they need a bit of attention and renovation. (The showerhead was a bit destroyed) Also , a lot of noise from the corridors and the room next to us, no soundproofing at all. We had a room in the first floor facing the inner courtyard which felt a bit sad, without much light.

Fantastic location, staff very helpful and obliging. Special thanks to the amazing Guendalina- nothing was too much effort.

Cute little hotel in a great location just a short walk from Duomo square and several nearby restaurants. The room was a great size, spotlessly clean, with a great bathroom and the most comfortable bed we’ve ever slept on. The staff gave us the most friendly welcome and greeting each time we saw them, and were very helpful whenever needed to order taxis or to give advice about where to explore in the city. Couldn’t have wished for more. Perfect hotel experience.

The staff were amazing- went above and beyond during our stay.. The location was great. The rooms were clean and there was a lift, which was important to me as I was travelling with my father, who appreciated not having to carry our luggage up the stairs.

There was a glitch in the system and I kept getting several messages and emails from the hotel about my booking, my card, my departure etc. It got annoying after a while 😑
