Beautifully, abet oddly, decorated room..transparent shower in the bedroom for example! Great location, close to metro and to centre. Staff very helpful and friendly. Everything was spotlessly clean. Lovely toiletries, coffee and drinks for our disposal in the room. Had blackout blinds, air con and comfy bed.

The air con and blinds are very noisy. Both need a service or some oil at least. Couldn’t sleep with the air con on. Noise of the blinds opening in the room next to us, woke us up!

The manager& the staff When your car breaks down outside Milan at 9 pm & you arrive after your car at 2 am . That you can check in at 2 am . They exceeded everything & afterwards in helping us . The building is amazing as in a office building converted . I love the architecture . Go for breakfast opposite - excellent . Very good location for inner centre .

Staff was wonderful. Clean and well thought out for the limited space. Close (3 blocks) to metro station. Provided water and fridge was good to have.

'Closet' was make shift and minimal. If a better closet or hanging area were there, it would have taken up a lot of the limited room, but for a longer stay, it would be inadequate. I was not there for Design week, but the dates ended up overlapping exactly. The price was hiked way up because of that, so it was definitely overpriced for the room; basically 600-700/night that week. But because of the week, there was limited avalability elsewhere. Would be worth 150 on a normal basis, I'd say.

Great communication from the start. Well located, simple but spotlessly clean, comfortable and everything needed for a city stay. The guy on reception was amazingly helpful, and friendly.

Could not turn off the light in the bathroom despite trying every button and switch - not a major because I could close the door overnight.

Really friendly and helpful front desk. Stepping in, you'll definitely be a bit confused where you are but once you get into your room it's a relaxing oasis. Decorated really nice and has all the amenity kits you could want. Location is great. Will definitely stay here again when I'm back in Milan.

the location was perfect, and it was the main highlight of our stay in Serendipity rooms. overall the room was clean and spacious, and not hard to find (to my opinion) as others wrote on their reviews.

the service was a bit upsetting. we stayed in the property for a week, so I expected to get at least once a refill in the water bottles', or a change of sheets and towels. I asked for all a but received only the third.

We were in Milan in transit, so regrettably, we only stayed at Serendipity for one night. In saying that, the wonderful staff were able to provide us with ample ‘one day only’ recommendations, for food and tourist attractions. The room itself was great, very cute and quirky furnishing, but still functional. I won’t list it as a negative, because the staff provide excellent instructions, but the building can be a little tricky to find, so make sure you read the information beforehand, and let them know your expected arrival time.

We stayed here for one night as an unplanned stop in Milan. The room was perfect for our needs, large and comfortable. It was a very short walk into the city, it felt safe and it was quiet at night.

Check in was a little clumsy, it was not clear on where to go and what building to find the check in. Overall though the stay was great

Nice clean hotel, I liked my stay. Close to poi's and has a carrefour next to it.

Difficult to find at first. Sign says something I can't remember and then white on beige "by serendipity rooms", but other than that very good hotel, nice staff (nice food recommendation)

Great rooms, spacious and nice interior. Location is fantastic and we were able to use the four wonderful places just across the street for lunch, dinner, wine, coffee, breakfast and just hanging out. And with a Carrefour on the corner, you will not miss anything you might need in a hurry. Great and smiling staff. Furthermore within walking distance from sights and close to the metro station.
