The staff are so friendly and helpful,location is around 13 minutes walk to city center ,hotel is so cosy , comfortable and clean the interior design of the hotel is also so nice

The towels and bed sheets smelled like vinegar which i didnt like at all but i think its for sterilization,try to add laundry detergent with the vinegar to avoid this concentrated smell

Special shout to the gentleman and lady at the reception counter during checkin (on 20th, 21st, 22nd August ) - they were super amazing. They made our stay really comfortable and ensured that every need of ours was met. OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE! Pleasure to see and play the record player which they provided in every room. Thank you to the men at the bar and breakfast counter too who made all the sumptuous dishes and the wonderful cappuccino <3 they went out of the way helping us with good rooms for family. It's a very central hotel 5-10min walk to the duomo.

The handshower did not mount to the wall and the shower itself was small so it was a bit of a challenge for hairwashing

I stayed at Max Brown Hotel Missori for 3 nights as a solo traveler. All the people were really friendly and helpful! The room was very clean, warm and looked beautiful. The bathroom was also in great condition. The bed was like a dream, so comfy! The hotel is ~12 minutes from the Duomo and it is really easy to get there. I also found it very convenient that has Supermarket in the corner and it is also close to metro station. Quite a cool theme (retro) throughout the hotel - from the nice bar in the lobby to the rooms with functioning record players.

The rooms could be bigger - Hardly any space to open our big suitcases.

A spacious room with a kettle, old-fashioned telephone, and a record player - what's not to like! Free bottled water (still and sparkling) provided in the room. Clean bathroom with gel/shampoo provided. Substantial breakfast choice available. Staff friendly and helpful with good recommendation for local restaurant (Via Pasteria). Easily accessible on foot to main attractions (10-20 minutes) and a nearby metro station.

There was an adjoining room and whilst the door was obviously secured, it was noisy from their side.. Room was cool/cold and I struggled to get the AC to warm it up.

Location is great. Close enough to duomo for ease of finding great places to eat and drink, but far enough away to be more peaceful. The beds are incredible, especially the pillows.

This time my room was bigger than my first stay and very quiet, up on the 5th floor, but the lighting in the bedroom around the wardrobe was not sufficient and the bathroom lighting is not nearly good enough to apply make-up. These rooms have baths and wall mounted shower and I would prefer a regular, really good shower instead.

Really funky hotel in a great location! It was an easy walk into the centre of Milan and also to the canals, which we loved. The area had lots of lovely local spots nearby and the hotel itself was on a nice, quiet street. The rooms were clean with comfortable beds and fun, stylish decor.

The only downside was the lighting in one of our bathrooms - it was so dim that it felt like we were getting ready in the dark.

As a boutique hotel, it exceeded most of my expectations. 1) Staff - EXCELLENT. Angela at reception is courteous and kind, always wearing a smile and trying her best to help with everything. She even wrote personal handwritten cards to welcome all guests. 2) Rooms - Clean and posh, with Vinyl record player and SMEG kettle and retro phone. 3) Location - it's not the most central, but it's only 10 mins walk away from Duomo and everything else. 4) Car park - I had trouble finding reliable and reasonably-priced parking while I was researching the area. There is a safe multi-storey parking right across where reservation is not needed. The hotel even gives you a discount coupon and I find overall it's really hassle free and reasonable.

Honestly not much, just the water pressure of the shower isn't the strongest, but that's about it.

Although I was hesitant during booking as this was a new property and didn't have many reviews, but I was very satisfied in with the end result! Location: A comfortable 10-minute walk from the Duomo. So you are not right in the center of all the hustle, yet close enough. Milano Centrale is about 20 minutes by taxi. The area is full of cafes with affordable prices which was convenient for us as we didn't choose the breakfast option at the hotel. The hotel: It's a newly refurbished hotel with a retro design and some adorable decoration items, including an actual old-style phone (Check photos)! I was also surprised by the sweetest handwritten welcome note on the bed! Thanks, team for the extra effort! The room was big enough with lots of space to fit all of our stuff. The room was very clean upon check-in, and although we only stayed there for 3 nights, it was cleaned daily. Our room was on the first floor, but the street was incredibly calm, day & night (it was not high season). The staff: 10/10. Starting from check-in (around 8 pm), they were very welcoming and helpful. The hotel didn't seem to have bellboys, but the reception staff helped us with the luggage (we had many), even though they had a big enough elevator. Everyone was very approachable and helpful, they answered all of our questions and helped us with airport transfers. Special thanks to everyone on duty during our stay. I have two small comments to make. The shower was a bit too small, even for someone rather "petite" like me. The bed has a power outlet on one side only, and it was a bit of an inconvenience since there were 2 of us in the room. We all like to keep our phones next to us at night while charging. ;) However, none of this made our stay any less enjoyable!
