+ location + cleanliness + hospitality - i need to book early due to the limited number of rooms. ( We greatly enjoyed our stay at the hotel, and what made our experience even more comfortable was the hospitality and exceptional service of the hotel staff, even before our arrival in Milan through WhatsApp. They went above and beyond to accommodate all our needs and make everything easier for us. Additionally, the hotel's location is excellent in the heart of Milan , and the cleanliness is outstanding. I would like to take this opportunity to thank the entire hotel team, especially Paolo and Leonardo. I highly recommend this hotel for visitors and whenever I travel to Milan this hotel will be my first choice for sure )

Very friendly staff, they helped us with everything and anytime via WhatsApp. I loved their suggestions around the city and about food (which is important for me). You won't believe the location of the suite. I think it is the exact middle of the city of Milano :D room was so comfy and beautiful decorated. I thank the staff again and again. Their transfer was also helped us a lot (I was carrying huge Snowboard)

We really enjoyed our stay here! Christopher went above and beyond to assist with transportation, luggage, and restaurant recommendations. He also surprised us by upgrading us to a larger room. Every staff member we met, including the owner, was extremely friendly and a joy to talk to. Also, we stayed at 6 hotels during our Italy trip, and this was the comfiest bed by far.

The location of our room was amazing and the room itself was comfortable. It was close to the Duomo, the centre of Milan and transport options. The staff were lovely and accomodating though it is not a hotel and there is no 24 hours reception. Breakfast consisted of vouchers for an express breakfast at cafes nearby and worked well. We booked an airport transfer on departure which was very efficient and well organised.

The lifts were small and could not fit 2 people and luggage. The room and bathroom are comfortable, but a little tired.

We LOVED staying with you and greatly appreciate all the assistance you provided - from booking an airport transfer to restaurant recommendations and of course directing us to the best coffee in Milano! The Staff was exceptional!! Paulo and Rey were very attentive and super friendly. Both have been helpful with any of our needs. The room was exactly as displayed in the Fotos and very clean. The bed was comfortable and from the bedroom you had a nice view of the Duomo and the Madonnina. Downstairs you have a possibility to sit in a nice cafe, getting everything you need to start a wonderful day in Milano. We’ve been in the heart of the city!!

Everything was perfect!!

Great location, impeccable beautiful accommodation! We loved our room - huge and fancy. The bathroom was also massive. Communication with all from the property was courteous, helpful and friendly for our entire time. Thank you for making our last couple of days in Milan, Italy, all the more nicer. I would recommend this beautiful accommodation to all and would stay here again.

Great luxurious room Everything is fresh, clean and smells good. Location ia right in the heart of the city which is a big bonus for those who want to explore all sides of Milan. Breakfast is provided at a Cafe downstairs. Staff was helpful and courteous. All in all, enjoyed the stay and had a great time.

The apartment (#5) and room (#4) were bright, clean and and modern appointments. The staff that we met, Christopher and Paulo, were exceptional! They were both professional, helpful, and friendly. I couldn't give it full stars based on the fact that they did not have actual face/wash cloths, and the coffee, tea, and in-room available snacks were very over-priced. We understood that Milan was expensive but based on the price of the accommodations, these small items should have been included or priced more moderately. Good location to get to other areas in Milan, as well as close to Milan Cathedral and commercial shopping. Overall, we would likely stay here again.
